IoT WTI-brochure

TRANSFORMER ONLINE OIL & WINDING TEMPERTURE MONITORING SYSTEM (MODEL: 10A)
It is a digital OTI and WTI meter for power transformers. It measures oil temp using with pt100 sensor and WTI CT secondary
current using current transducer. The winding temperature is derived from these measured parameters and displayed along
with other derived parameters such as load factor, transformer loading. It has user friendly TOUCH SCREEN interfaces, 4-20mA
output for centralized monitoring like PLC or SCADA and RS485 MODBUS TCP communication output for IoT applications or local
PC at the control room. This controller can be installed in marshalling box of the transformer. It has five relay outputs for
triggering such as Alarm, Trip and Fan control signals. It has one Ethernet and USB port for interfacing external devices like IoT
Gateway, Pen drive etc.

 OTI, WTI, LOAD CURRENT, Tr.Load factor and Tr.Loading are displayed in one instrument

 Display the present value and maximum attained value and it has provision to reset maximum values

 Provided with five relays of which 2 for OTI, 2 for WTI and 1 for cooling control

 Delay, Hysteresis settings for relays according to their specific needs.

 Provisions to set the winding temperature gradient (dT ºC).

 provisions to set the WTI CT primary current up to 9999 Amps, and CT secondary current (1-5.00)Amps

 It logs and records the parameters such as oil temp, winding temp, load current and transformer loading

 It has a relay history where the relay activation / deactivation is recorded with date and timestamp

 Provisions to download the records in Excel or PDF format by using Pen drive from the field device

 Standalone PC application for monitoring the Real time data and database in a control PC through Ethernet(TCP Modbus) or
RS485 2 wire communication(Modbus RTU)
