Clinical Graduation - Mass
Clinical Graduation - Mass
20 june 2023
INTRODUCTION: _______________________________
Good morning my dear sisters and brothers in Christ. Welcome to the Eucharistic
celebration as we worship, glorify and thank God for this very significant event in our
lives as student nurses, the Clinical graduation.
Our clinical graduation signifies that we have moved from theoretical learning about
nursing, based on textbooks and classroom explanations of human responses to illness
and its treatment, to practical learning in making the observations and performing the
interventions necessary to manage those responses in real-life.
But this is not the end of everything but the beginning of a more rigid training and
exposure when we will be able to pass the NLE and be registered nurses.
We continue to pray for God’s inspiration, guidance and blessings in our desire to
be truly missionaries in taking care not only those physically afflicted but everyone in
the community especially the least, the lost and the last.
We all stand and joyfully welcome Christ in our midst through our Mass Presider,
Reverend Father Lloyd Edgardo C. Manzano, Parochial Vicar of Minore Basilica and
Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, Agoo, La Union.
INTRODUCTORY RITE:
PRIEST: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
COMMENTATOR/FAITHFUL: Amen
PRIEST: The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the
Holy Spirit be with you all.
PRIEST: Brethren (brothers and sisters), let us acknowledge our sins, and so prepare ourselves to
celebrate the sacred mysteries.
ALL: I confess to Almighty God and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have greatly
sinned, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have failed to
do, And, through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault; therefore I
ask blessed Mary ever-Virgin, all the Angels and Saints, and you, my brothers and sisters,
to pray for me to the Lord our God.
PRIEST: May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and bring us to everlasting
life.
COMMENTATOR/FAITHFUL: Amen.

WE WANT YOU TO KNOW, BROTHERS AND SISTERS, OF THE GRACE OF GOD THAT HAS
BEEN GIVEN TO THE CHURCHES OF MACEDONIA,
FOR ACCORDING TO THEIR MEANS, I CAN TESTIFY, AND BEYOND THEIR MEANS,
SPONTANEOUSLY,
THEY BEGGED US INSISTENTLY FOR THE FAVOUR OF TAKING PART IN THE SERVICE TO
THE HOLY ONES,
AND THIS, NOT AS WE EXPECTED, BUT THEY GAVE THEMSELVES FIRST TO THE LORD
AND TO US THROUGH THE WILL OF GOD,
I SAY THIS NOT BY WAY OF COMMAND, BUT TO TEST THE GENUINENESS OF YOUR LOVE
BY YOUR CONCERN FOR OTHERS.
FOR YOU KNOW THE GRACIOUS ACT OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THAT FOR YOUR SAKE
HE BECAME POOR ALTHOUGH HE WAS RICH SO THAT BY HIS POVERTY YOU MIGHT
BECOME RICH.
THE WORD OF THE LORD.
