The school received financial donations from our generous donors
Description intended for an outreach program to the severely affected feeder
barangay where our students resides.
 To distribute grocery packs (5 kilos of rice and noodles) to
each of the 47 JHS and SHS learners of Ibarra National High

School that resides in Brgy. Hanginan, Maasin City
.
Prepare letter of communication addressed to the Brgy. Captain of
Preliminaries Brgy. Hanginan for the distribution of food packs. Purchase the rice
and noodles for repacking.
When Super Typhoon Odette with the international name RAI
devastated the VIS-MIN regions last December 16, 2021, Maasin
City, Southern Leyte was one of the badly hit municipality. Scarcity of
basic needs such as food, water and shelter were felt by almost all
the Maasinhons. This does not exclude our learners from the
aftermath ST Odette left.
A month after the wrath of ST Odette our school received donations
that would benefit our learners as well as their families. Yet these

donations would not be enough to cater all the learners of Ibarra
National High School. Which is why we have come to the decision of
assessing what Barangay that our learners resides was severely
affected.
It was Brgy. Hanginan that was the most severely affected. A total of
47 learners from JHS to SHS are currently living in the said Barangay.
A total of 47 learners needs our help and surely will be the
beneficiary of the donations given.

On the morning of Jan. 25, 2021, teacher volunteers repacked the

grocery packs consisting of 5 kilos of rice and 4 noodles. On the

distributuion of grocery packs.
