The opportunity
▬ Post-Merger Integration: Support the client to integration its acquired targets to enable them to
operate as one common entity in the market by deploying a holistic integration program that
addresses topics such as people, value (synergies), governance, control, execution and technology.
▬ Carve-out/ Separation: Support our clients to assess navigate the complexities of separating one of
their businesses from the parent company and enabling it to operate as an independent organization
▬ Carve -out Due Diligence: Support our clients to make critical business decision by analyzing the
separation complexities for the Target they want to acquire
▬ Operations Due Diligence: Assist the client to understand the operational areas for improvement in
manufacturing, supply chain etc.
▬ IT Due Diligence: Performing a comprehensive IT due diligence for clients and their targets that
includes technology infrastructure, systems, and processes, ensuring their alignment with business
objectives and identifying potential risks and opportunities
▬ Cyber Due Diligence: Conducting thorough cyber security due diligence to identify potential security
risks and vulnerabilities in target companies’ digital infra and systems
Your key responsibilities
• You will be expected to support the project team to define and execute the project priorities that
meets the client expectations
• You will play a key role to assess financial, operations or technical information, develop analysis,
define recommendations and draw up plans to execute those recommendation
• You will implement and execute client recommendation in collaboration with the project teams to
fulfill project goals
• Responsible for a specific workstream in the project and be responsible and accountable to meet
client expectation
• Support the project team and project leader to maintain professional relationship with our clients at
appropriate levels
• Responsible for contributing towards sharing knowledge across the team based on key attributes of
the project
• Significant role in both formal training and on-the-job training of executives and analysts working in
the project team
• Support the team to create business development materials (e.g., business proposals, thought
leadership, GTM materials etc.)

Technical Excellence
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex assignments in challenging environments.
• • Strong quantitative skills for data analysis, interpretation of output, and generation of insights.
• • Research oriented mindset and eye for detail
• • Ability to flex individual styles and work back with diverse teams
• • Strong communication skills – oral and written (in terms of making presentation)
• • Strong financial modelling skills and clarity of financial concepts
• • Desire to contribute and succeed in a fun, exciting, collegial, and challenging environment.
• • Proficient in the English language both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
• • Willingness and ability to travel
To qualify for the role you must have
• MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background
• At least 1-2 years of applicable industry and/or consulting work experience preferred.
• Understanding of the M&A cycle, either from industry or consulting services
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation skills and be highly flexible,
adaptable, and creative
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
• Curiosity to learn new things and take initiative to complete complex projects
