MODULE OBJECTIVES
At the end of this module, Counter Bagger will be able to:
 Know their duties & responsibilities;

 Acquire basic knowledge of Wilcon products & services.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
NEWLY-HIRED COUNTER BAGGER TRAINING KIT REMINDERS:
1. This Trainee’s Kit was developed for newly-hired Counter Bagger to maximize their learning
about basic product information’s and services being offered at Wilcon.

2. The Trainee should accomplish his/her Daily Training Journal during the 7-day training period.
The same should be submitted daily to the assigned supervisor for safekeeping before leaving
the Branch. Its content may not be photocopied or shared with others, except to his Supervisor.

3. After the 7-day training, the trainee’s immediate head should forward the same training kit to
Wilcon Head Office care of Training Department for evaluation.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
1. To test the Trainee’s understanding of the program, the Trainee will be given a written examina-
tion. He is required to complete the Preliminary Exam within 15 minutes.

2. This examination is graded and will form part of the Trainee’s overall performance.

3. The Trainee is also required to accomplish the Training Journal daily which should be submitted
daily to facilitator.

4. Daily Journals should be reviewed, discussed and signed by the Facilitator.

5. The Trainee should be given a Performance Appraisal upon completion of the 7-day training.
