1. Good day and welcome, everyone! Thank you for joining us for our Bible-Church Webinar.

My name is

2. Today, we are presenting “title of webinar” presented by “name of presenter”. Before we get
started, let me give you some instructions on how you’re going to participate in today’s event.

 We’re going to take a screen shot before and after the event as your attendance. A certificate
will be given to the attendees.
 You are not obliged to turn on your camera and audio. Just let the presenter finish their
discussion before raising your queries and comments.
 You will have the opportunity to submit text questions to today’s presenter by typing your
questions into the comment section of the control panel. You may send your questions during
the presentation; we will collect these and address them during the Q&A session at the end
presentation.
 If you would like to, you can get copies of the webinar after the event.

3. Without further ado, let’s begin this webinar with a prayer to be led by “name” and to be followed by
singing of the National Anthem.

4. Let me introduce our speakers. Our presenter today is…”give detailed and pleasing characterization”.

5. Thank you “Mr. and Ms…” for the informative discussion. I’m sure our audiences learned a lot from
you two. Just a reminder, if you have questions kindly type it on the comment box and we’re going to
answer them later on.

6. Now we are going to show you the works of the frontline workers during the pandemic. “show main
content here” We are going to answer your questions in an orderly manner. Comment a “hand emoji”
and wait for the presenter to call your name then you can turn your mic on and ask your question.

7. That’s an interesting exchange of ideas you got there! Moving on, our next presentation will include
ways on how we can help our dear fronliners and how it relates to the scriptures. Here it is… “next
presentation”

8. That was awesome right? Knowing how our everyday life connects and relates to God makes me feel
contented and honoured. I know a way to keep our spirits up, let’s play a game! “tell the mechanics”
(add a prize if possible)

9.Congratulations to our winners! Let us now move to the awarding of certificates. Let me read the
content first. “read the content” As a mark of appreciation to “Mr and Ms. Speaker”, resource person
from “mention where they come from” . On behalf of the organizing committee, we hope that the
webinar has been very beneficial to all the participants by giving hope that God is with us no matter
what happen. Now, it is time for the presentation of certificates to our participants. We couldn’t have
done this successfully without our participants and speakers who spared their time to attend this
webinar.

10. Let us now listen to an inspirational message from “name”. That was so heart-warming, thank you
“Ms. Francie”.

11. That’s it for today everyone! We appreciate you being here. We would like acknowledge again the
