“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL


RESOLUTION NO. 04-20, SERIES OF 2020; RE: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE 1% BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) FOR CY 2020 AS REFLECTED IN THE
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF BARANGAY MAMBALILI, BUNAWAN, AGUSAN
DEL SUR IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
SEVEN PESOS AND SEVENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 41,137.75)”

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is Barangay Development Council Resolution No.


04-20, Series of 2020 a resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the 1%
Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) for CY 2020 as reflected in the
Appropriation Ordinance of Barangay Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur in the amount of
Forty One Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and Seventy Five Centavos (Php
41,137.75);

WHEREAS, considering the necessity of the above quoted resolution, this Honorable Body
deemed it necessary to adopt and approve the BDC Resolution No. 04-20, Series of 2020,
hence this resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon presentation of the matter, be it:

RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur to pass
a RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 04-20, SERIES OF 2020; RE: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE 1% BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION
OF CHILDREN (BCPC) FOR CY 2020 AS REFLECTED IN THE APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE OF BARANGAY MAMBALILI, BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR IN THE
AMOUNT OF FORTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN PESOS AND
SEVENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 41,137.75);

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide available copies to furnish the Government Agencies and
Offices concerned, for referential.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.

Adopted this 6th day of October 2020 at the Barangay Session Hall being held for the
purpose.
