Please read before doing the firmws update process: ‘This instruction is adaptive for 2RDPAOS from previous version update to new version; please refer as below following steps. 1. Prepare a USB drive to make update source drive Step 1: Prepare a US® thumb drive (must be using the FAT32 fil system), then plug-in the thumb drive to the computer. ‘Step 2: Add a new folder and change the folder name to "zRDP_Firmware” ‘Step 3: Copy and paste the firmware source file onto the thumb drive in the folder “2RDP_Firmw: 2. Unlock “Settings” under Device cick gear icon “EB "oer the “Deve” setngs then cick “Settings, enter the ainsratorpasword to unlock and fo tothe “Settings, “The user needs to enter the password in the text field to unlock and click “Submit” to gain access to the “Settings” tab. Are you sure you want restart the device and update the firmware? Back OK Step the GUI main screen, Press and hold Restore factory default button for § seconds to reset and clear / erase the user data, then wait for device rebooting until shown the GUI main screen , which’s mean the firmware update process is done
