1.) SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS

To maintain an ethical communication on social media posts you should think first
before posting or sharing anything in social media. We should avoid making misleading
statements and do some fact check first before sharing a content to avoid fakenews and
dissemination of false/ misleading contents. Using the appropriate words and
sentences is a huge factor on giving a statement in social media platforms, this can
be seen as an ethical way of communicating through our social medias. In today's
world, almost everyone can use social media to connect with others, but many of us
still don't know how to communicate ethically.Other people on your contact list may
misuse the information, so use social media responsibly and judiciously, especially
when disseminating information. Before you act, think twice. The important thing is to
follow the golden rule whis is “Treat your followers and supporters on social media
like you would like them to treat you”, this would be the best way to maintain your
ethics on communicating using social media platforms.

2.) ACADEMIC RESEARCH

In academic research you must always strive for honesty with it since the fundamentals
of ethical communication is honesty, so you need to be honest with your data and
information which is printed or putted on your paper to practice an ethical
communication, you need to be honest with it even if the data are against to your
topic that you want to find out or to prove.Strive for honesty in all scientific
communications. Honestly report data, results, methods and procedures, and publication
status. Do not fabricate, falsify, or misrepresent data. Do not deceive colleagues,
research sponsors, or the public. Avoid plagiarism and avoid denying if your research
failed. We must always think that this will affect other students if we strive for
dishonesty on our research papers. Academic research papers affect hugge number of
students as their source of information, In the other hand we must always put facts
and nothing misleading information in our research papers.

3.) CLASSROOM LECTURES AND REPORTS

The classroom setting is a breeding ground for knowledge where healthy discussions,
informative exchange of ideas and thought processes happen. It has different
components to consider in order to achieve an effective course of communication
between the audience and the speaker during lectures or reports. The said components
include the teachers, the students, as well as the classroom itself which has an
impact on the flow of discussions.
There are few important things to think about when engaging on a discourse inside a
classroom whether you are the speaker or part of the audiences. As a speaker, it’s
imperative that you are unbiased, honest, respectful, and accurate on tackling a
certain subject matter considering that your audiences differ in terms of perspective,
culture, and beliefs. As a speaker, it is important that you are open to a diverse
point of view and opinions.
On the other hand, audiences or the listeners must also comply to the set of norms and
behave accordingly. Though, it doesn’t occur most of the time, but disagreements and
dissents can happen during the discussion and at times when arguments are thrown from
different standpoints it is necessary that we still embody the communication ethics
and maintain a balance and responsible way of communicating.we can maintain ethics
classroom lectures and reports when we have the respect to the speaker which is the
way we accept and listen to the one who is speaking in front of us because manners
matter. In classroom students should follow what their teachers says for example the
teacher told his/her student to do this assignment the student should do it because
that is their responsibility as a student to learn, and how do they learn if they will
not do their activities and assignment? So, to maintain ethical communication you
should be responsible.

4.) OFFICER’S MEETING

In officers meeting to maintain ethical communication everyone involve should practice

active listening and while someone is talking do not interrupt. Officer’s meetings
must be communicating in a positive way and avoid making inappropriate statements
that may cause a scene try to make your statements acceptable at all times. Be a great
listener and a great source speaker that gives an informative opinion that may lead
everyone to something great and will eb productive on everyone’s side is a way of
having an ethics on communication. One more thing is that we must respect each and
everyone’s opinions and suggestions and avoid creating chaos to maintain the flow of
the meeting great and productive. Respect is the key to a successful officer’s
meeting and would be a productive, well maintained, and informative meeting.
A business meeting can involve many stakeholders in your company, including investors,
suppliers, partner businesses, employees, regulatory officials and customers. Because
people who attend business meetings with you form impressions of your ethical nature,
it's important to behave appropriately in each situation. Using professionalism and
following your ethical standards will serve you well, especially when there's pressure
to make an unethical decision.
Avoid Dishonesty at times, you could feel pressured by a business partner to make
false claims about a product or to inflate a price. This kind of pressure only stands
to hurt your business reputation in the long run. Speak up when a false claim is made
about your product; carefully explain the truth about the product in terms that
everyone present will understand. If you're pressured to exaggerate a product's value
or to charge more than it's worth, you might have to reschedule a negotiation or
cancel it. Don't compromise your honesty in business transactions just to make a
profit. Everyone involve should practice active listening and while someone is talking
do not interrupt. Officer’s meetings must be communicating in a positive way and
avoid making inappropriate statements that may cause a scene try to make your
statements acceptable at all times. Be a great listener and a great source speaker
that gives an informative opinion that may lead everyone to something great and will
eb productive on everyone’s side is a way of having an ethics on communication. One
more thing is that we must respect each and everyone’s opinions and suggestions and
avoid creating chaos to maintain the flow of the meeting great and productive. Respect
is the key to a successful officer’s meeting and would be a productive, well
maintained, and informative meeting.

5.) NEWS REPORTS

News reporter can maintain their ethics by showing integrity, do not allowed bias,
able to avoid any action that will discredits their profession and able to give
competence services to everyone. Ethics is a moral principles of an individual by
doing the right or wrong behavior. Every profession has their own ethics that written
in their manual. To avoid the wrong behavior of professional they create the
Professional Code of Ethics in order for the professional to have the guide of what
should or should not do to protect their reputation and profession since they provide
a lot of time to get expertise to their fields and exert more effort to maintain their
specialist knowledge and skills to level up and to give competent services to their
clients.
Among others, journalists have more responsibilities in communication process because
of the nature of their work, the medium and the channels of communication they use.
Unlike in the classroom and office settings, there is an enormous responsibility that
a journalist must carry and there are standard practices and principles they must
uphold. In today’s digital age, the dilemma of presenting facts and news through
social media platforms is misinformation and alterations of facts. In facing this
