RW Reinforcement Detailing 2022

This document contains a sketch of two schemes for the design of a cantilever retaining wall. Scheme A shows reinforcement bars placed at 220mm centers horizontally and 410mm centers vertically. Scheme B shows reinforcement bars placed at 110mm centers horizontally on the top and bottom and 175mm centers vertically. Both schemes include #8 bars placed at 350mm and 175mm centers. The sketch is not to scale and is accompanied by notes on reinforcement bar sizes and spacing.
