Addicrete 11 is a powder admixture used in concrete block mixes to improve properties. It decreases setting and drying time, and increases early and final strength by 20-75% after 24 hours and 10-45% after 28 days. It improves workability and allows reducing mixing water by 6-26% while maintaining slump. Addicrete 11 also saves up to 20% on cement quantity, decreases block manufacturing and transportation waste, and improves block quality and appearance. It is made from selective polymers, is compatible with all cements, and can be mixed dry or with water.

A special Admixture for use in Concrete Block Mixes.
Description:
• ADDICRETE 11 is a powder admixture for concrete block mixes It decreases the setting and
drying time, increases the strength, saves cement used and improves the quality of the concrete blocks.

Field of Use:
• Factories of prefabricated concrete units and brick factories .
Advantages:
• Increases the early and final strength by about 20% to 75% after 24 hours and by about 10% to 45%
after 28 days.
• Improves the workability of concrete. The mixing water can be reduced by about 6% to 26% for the
same slumps.
• Saves up to 20% of quantity of cement used.
• Decreases the drying time.
• Decreases the percentage of the wasted blocks during manufacturing and transportation.
• Improves the quality and the appearance of the blocks.

Direction for Use:


• ADDICRETE 11 can be mixed with the dry mix or added to the mixing water.
Safety Precautions:
• Application should be carried out in well ventilated place.
• Gloves, Protective clothing and eye goggles should be worn during application.
• Skin contaminations should be immediately cleaned with soap and plenty of water, don’t use solvent.
• If the material is splashed into the eyes, these should be immediately washed with water and then
report to an eye specialist.
• Do not eat or smoke during application.
Rate of Use:
• From 0.5 to 2.0 kg I m3.
Storage:
• 3 years under suitable storage conditions.
Packages:
• 25 kg. Sacks.
