Player Management System

PMS is a cloud-based player management system that allows sites to register players, print membership cards, and track attendance. It includes a web portal for registration and reporting, Android apps for attendance tracking and photo capture, and integrates with barcode printers. Players scan their membership cards at login/logout, and the mobile app can be used to take photos for ID cards during registration or to update existing photos. PLAYER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)

PMS is a cloud based solution for PAGCOR’s new regulatory requirement to e-Bingo’s player registration
and membership.

 Each e-bingo site will be allocated its own WEB PORTAL for registration and report purposes.
 After registration, each player will be given its own unique member code which will be printed
by a LABEL PRINTER pre-configured in the system.
 An android based device is used for attendance monitoring as well as for photo capture.

HOW TO USE :

o LOGIN PROCESS
Each site will have its own portal and would be required to
login. A default password would be given and site
administrators are required to change the password
immediately.

Initial setup would have an administrator login and an


operator login pre-configured.
o WEB PORTAL
Upon login, the user will be redirected to the portal dashboard.

A. Application Name.
B. Username of the user currently logged in.

 New Registration Processing

 From the image screenshot above, (1) Input all necessary requirements such as
LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME, MiDDLE NAME, BIRTHDATE and GENDER. Once the field had
been filled then click the save button (2).

 Once the profile is saved, MEMBERSHIP CODE will be generated (3).


 To add a profile picture, click on the picture icon (4) and you may use any web camera
connected to the terminal for photo capture.
 To add IDENTIFICATION CARDS, click on the EDIT link shown in (5)
 The image above if the ID CARDS page, select the ID TYPE from the pre-defined type set
by PAGCOR, input the reference number and dates before clicking SAVE.

 Once the ID CARDS had been saved, the PRINT BARCODE button (6) will appear and you
can finish the process by printing the BARCODE LABEL.
 ADDRESS and CONTACT INFORMATION can be added anytime.
 Members Page

 This page will list the latest 20 players registered in the system, you can access them for
editing by clicking the link (1).
 To search by criteria, select the criteria from the dropdown, input the search string and
click search as shown in (2)
 User Login Function

 From the text box, input the membership code using a barcode scanner or a
keyboard, once done the system will check for the profile and display the necessary
information.

 Daily Report Display

 Default display will be the reports for the day, dates can be changed by selecting in
the date dropdown and click SEARCH button.
 Report Generation Page

a. Select Customer Login Report if you want to generate the login/logout report in
your site.
b. Select Customer Registration Report if you want to generate the registered
member’s list.
c. Choose the start date of the report
d. Choose the end date of the report
e. Click on generate to download the CSV file.
o ANDROID APPS

Start up the android phone assigned to your site and connect


to your WIFI.

Once you have a stable internet connection then click on the


PMS_MobileLogin Apps.

Please refer to the image on the left … it’s the green icon the
the word CMS as pointed by the red arrow.

 If internet connection is unstable or non-existent then you will see this page loaded

Just click on the RESTART APPS button if you are sure that your internet connection is working.
o MOBILE HOME PAGE

A. Sitename. Please make sure that the device you are using is registered to the
correct site. If not then all attendance and profile picture taken may be lost.
B. Attendance Page. Please refer to Mobile Attendance (page 11)
C. Profile Page. Please refer to Mobile Profile (page 12)
D. Report Page. Please refer to Mobile Report (page 14)
 MOBILE ATTENDANCE

 To login or logout a registered member, click on BARCODE SCAN button.


 Barcode scanning app will open.
 Scan the member’s barcode.

 If no errors then the name and profile picture will appear with a LOGIN or LOGOUT
confirmation.
 Errors can be detected, such as, No photo or no ID cards registered.
 MOBILE PROFILE

 Click on SEARCH USER button to open app the barcode reader app.
 SCAN the barcode using the app

 If profile is found, the profile would be display with an option to take the picture of
the member

 To take the member’s photo, click on TAKE PICTURE button and snap a picture.
 Click on the CHECK button if you are satisfied with the picture, next screen you can
CROP the photo before saving. Please make sure the member’s face is recognizable
in the photo for ID printing.
 MOBILE ATTENDANCE
 This page displays all the active players in the site.

a. Member’s name
b. Login time
c. Estimated logout time (6 hours maximum stay per day).
