1. Install and laser machine ready as below:

2. Please connect we offered USB flash disk with your computer, you had better to use Windows10 system computer.
And then please follow our offered video to install the ezcad software and driver at your computer.

3. Please keep the supplied power cord and foot switch connected, power AC110V are working properly,
as shown below:

4. The USB cable, one side plug into the computer interface, Another side plug into the machine interface.

5. Turn on the power sequentially; first turn on the key switch to make Machine Power on, Then “Emergency
Stop”, Then “Laser”, Open Red Light switch as needed. Off switch is in reverse order.

6. Please do as above then the computer will be properly connected .Turn on the device after the flat, you can
open the operating software Ezcad, will enter the main interface after normal opening, there will be prompt,
if not able to find the control card, or can not find the dongle, indicates that the device is not properly
connected to the computer or the device is not powered on, the computer does not detect the connection to
the control card, this problem is usually not an optional PC client no good driver installation, optional PC
factory are pre-programmed, this problem does not occur

7. It is like that as below after open the software also the parameters as below showing:

Generally do not need to adjust other parameters; the factory has been set reasonable parameters.
Two arrows at the bottom, F1 is red preview, it will tell the user a correct marking the location and size,
the keyboard F1 key is a shortcut key;
F2 is marking, keyboard F2 or foot switch can control the machine to start marking

8. About how to adjust the right focal length,below is tool how to adjust:

This distance is focal length we mean. The right length,please check the laser head we marked.

Here is button, you press this button and here will be two red lights, then you adjust the focal length manually.
Until two red lights coincide, which is the right focal length.

9. Here are below suggestions about your cutting.


First..please use the 110*110mm area quartz F-theta lens.
Second..adjust the speed as 90mm/s.,Pulse frequency: 50khz,Power: 80-90%
Third..you can choose Advance and open Wobble function when cutting as attached photo.

About the cutting parameters, please guarantee the speed is some slower and the power is more higher.
you cannot be both fast speed and higher power, Which cannot be good cutting results.

Here is the bottom of the software, please click “Continuous Part”. Then start
the mark, you can stop the laser until its cutting through.

Here is supplementary instruction


1. The ezcad software can import jpg/ipg images, it also can import vectors
such as AI,PLT,DXF formats.
2. When engrave or cut vectors, please hatch that. About how to hatch, please
follow our attached video to do.
