1. Overview
This User Guide elucidates the functional operations of the Retail Banking modules by
providing the detailed step-by-step description along with the user interface screenshots. It
also consists of the user login steps to navigate to the various modules.
3. Getting Started
The existing customer and the new customer may connect to the Retail Banking product via
the website Link.
The Users can also download the application from the play stores like the Apple Store or the
Google play store.

§ If the user is not able to enter the details using their keyboard, Click on icon which
displays the keyboard option to type the details into the Username and Password text
fields
§ Click on the Submit button to accept the entered details in the text field
§ Click on the Clear button to erase/remove the entered text in the text field
§ Click on the Close button to shut down the keyboard option

Note: The user can also change the language of the UI screen by selecting the option from
the drop-down list as shown in the figure below.

An account creation message will be displayed upon completing the above-mentioned steps
as shown in the figure – 9.

§ Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page to change the password as shown
in figure -2
§ Enter the Account Number, User Name, Mobile Number (without Country Code) in
the respective text fields
§ Select the Date of Birth from the calendar or enter the Date of Birth manually
§ Click on the Terms and Conditions link to go through the T&C and the click on the
accept button to agree the T&C
§ Click on Submit button to accept the entered details
§ Click on the Back button to revert to the previous page

§ Enter the New Password and re-enter the password in the Confirm Password text fields

§ Select the Date of Birth from the calendar or enter the Date of Birth manually

§ Based on Identity Type selection, Enter the Identity Number in the text field
§ Click on the Terms and Conditions link to go through the T&C and the click on the
accept button to agree the T&C

3.3 Settings
§ Click on icon and click on the Profile link to view the logged in user information
§ Click on Upload New Photo link to upload the new picture from the user’s device
§ A pop-up message is displayed, Are you sure you want to delete your image?
§ Click on the Yes button to delete the image

4.1.1 Statements
The user can view and download the statements from this feature. The left pane shows the
user's available balance as well as the other available account balances associated with the
same user.

The statement displays the Reference Number [ Ref No.] of the current transaction, Currency
type, Amount debited or credited, Transaction Type Description [ Txn Type Desc],
Transaction Date, Debit or Credit type, Remark

Note: The user can view different options in the detailed statement such as,
1. Current Month
1. Last 2 Months
2. Last 3 Months
3. Custom Dates
§ Click on the Current Month tab to display the present month statements
§ Click on the Last 2 Months tab to display the detailed statement for the previous 2
months
§ Click on the Last 3 Months tab to display the detailed statement for the previous 3
months
§ Click on the Custom Dates to select the required dates from the calendar to display
the detailed statement of the user

§ Click on the Download Statement button to save the document to the user’s device in

§ Drag and drop the registered beneficiary box to the icon to transfer or click
on the required beneficiary name to transfer
It displays the details of the beneficiary account and the source [logged in user] account.
§ Enter the amount to be transferred to the beneficiary in the Transfer amount text field
§ Select the currency type required to transfer the amount from the Currency drop-
down list
§ Select the option, if the user needs to schedule the payment for the future or on the
present date from the Schedule Payment dropdown list

This feature displays the Assets and Liabilities of the logged-in user. Assets display the
number of Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposit Accounts, and their balances.
Liabilities displays the Loan Account and its balance.
