1. Overview
This User Guide elucidates the functional operations of the Retail Banking modules by
providing the detailed step-by-step description along with the user interface screenshots. It
also consists of the user login steps to navigate to the various modules.

2. Introduction to Retail Banking


Banking services include standard modules such as quick transfers, bill payments, alerts,
statements and inquiries, deposits and loans calculators, exchange rates, and other value-
added services. PDF-formatted receipts can be downloaded from the module. The users can
also locate the branch and ATM using the locate us attribute.

3. Getting Started
The existing customer and the new customer may connect to the Retail Banking product via
the website Link.

3.1 User Registration


To utilize the retail banking modules and their features, the user must register to the
application by providing the required basic details.

The Users can also download the application from the play stores like the Apple Store or the
Google play store.

3.1.1 Login
§ Enter the registered name and password in the respective Username and Password text
fields

§ Click on icon to view the entered password


§ Click on the Login button to navigate to the Home page

§ If the user is not able to enter the details using their keyboard, Click on icon which
displays the keyboard option to type the details into the Username and Password text
fields
§ Click on the Submit button to accept the entered details in the text field
§ Click on the Clear button to erase/remove the entered text in the text field
§ Click on the Close button to shut down the keyboard option

3.1.2 Register with us
The first-time users must register to the application by following the steps mentioned
below.
§ Click on the Register with us link as mentioned in the figure 2

3.1.3 Existing Customer
§ Navigate through Login > Register with Us > Existing Customer
§ Enter the Account Number, Mobile Number in the respective text fields
§ Enter the Date of Birth manually or select the Date of Birth from the calendar
§ Select the Identity Type from the drop-down list
§ Upon selection of the Identity Type, Enter the Identity Number in the text field
§ Click on the Terms and Conditions link to go through the T&C and the click on the
checkbox to agree the T&C
§ Click on the Signup button to navigate to the next page
§ Click on the Back button to revert to the previous page

3.1.4 Forgot Password
If the user does not remember the password, they can click on the Forgot Password? link
and change the password.

§ Click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page to change the password as shown
in figure -2
§ Enter the Account Number, User Name, Mobile Number (without Country Code) in
the respective text fields
§ Select the Date of Birth from the calendar or enter the Date of Birth manually
§ Click on the Terms and Conditions link to go through the T&C and the click on the
accept button to agree the T&C
§ Click on Submit button to accept the entered details
§ Click on the Back button to revert to the previous page

3.1.5 Forgot Username
If the user forgets the username, they can click on the Forgot Username? link and change
their username.

3.2 Home Page
The home page appears after the user registration is completed and it displays the details of
the user, promotional offers, user picture, last login date, and timings. It consists of the
following modules as

3.2.1 Notifications
The home page also displays the notification sent by the bank to the users.

3.3 Settings

The settings consist of the following features such as

3.3.1 View Profile

§ Click on icon to revert to the previous page

§ Click on option to revert to the previous Dashboard page

§ Click on icon and click on the Profile link to view the logged in user information
§ Click on Upload New Photo link to upload the new picture from the user’s device

§ Click on icon to remove the profile picture

3.3.2 Change Password
The user can also change the password after login by following the steps below

§ Click on the settings icon and click on the Change Password link
§ Enter the Old Password in the text field
§ Enter the New Password and re-enter the password in the Confirm New Password in
the text fields
§ Click on the Submit button to accept the details

4.1.1 Statements
The user can view and download the statements from this feature. The left pane shows the
user's available balance as well as the other available account balances associated with the
same user.

§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Statement


§ Click on the accounts tab in the left pane to view the account details as shown in the
figure below

§ Click on the required statement to view the detailed transaction

The statement displays the Reference Number [ Ref No.] of the current transaction, Currency
type, Amount debited or credited, Transaction Type Description [ Txn Type Desc],
Transaction Date, Debit or Credit type, Remark

4.1.1.1 Detailed Statement


It gives the detailed transaction statement of the logged in user for the selected period by
downloading the document.

§ Click on the on top of the screen

Note: The user can view different options in the detailed statement such as,

1. Current Month
1. Last 2 Months
2. Last 3 Months
3. Custom Dates
§ Click on the Current Month tab to display the present month statements
§ Click on the Last 2 Months tab to display the detailed statement for the previous 2
months
§ Click on the Last 3 Months tab to display the detailed statement for the previous 3
months
§ Click on the Custom Dates to select the required dates from the calendar to display
the detailed statement of the user

§ Select the required option as mentioned above to view the details of the statement
§ Click on the required record to view the details of the statement
§ Click on the Download Statement button to save the document to the user’s device in
the PDF format

4.1.2 Payments
The left pane shows the user's available balance as well as the other available accounts
balances associated with the same user/logged in user.

4.1.2.1 Pay Bills
This feature enables the user to make bill payments from their accounts such as Prepaid
mobile top-up, electricity bills, DTH/Cable bills, School Pay, Subscriptions, Insurance,
etc…

§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Payments> Pay Bills


§ Select the Product from the dropdown list
§ Select the Mobile Number from the dropdown list
§ Enter the Amount in the text field
§ Select the option, if the user needs to schedule the payment for the future or on the
present date from the Schedule Payment dropdown list
1. Select Yes option if the payment must be made in future
2. Enter the date manually or select the date from the calendar for when the payment
must be made from the Schedule Date text field
3. Select No option if the payment must be made on the same date
§ Enter the Remarks regarding the payment in the text field
§ Click on the Submit button to accept the entered details
§ Click on the Cancel button to discard the action

The user can make the biller as beneficiary for the future payments

§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Payments> Add Biller Beneficiary
§ Select the service from the Select Service drop-down list
§ Upon Service selection, Enter the Service Number in the text field

4.1.2.3 View Biller
It displays the billers added in the Add Biller attribute. It displays the details such as Short
Name, Merchant, Meter Number or PRN Number.

§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Payments> View Biller

4.1.3 Quick Transfer


4.1.3.1 Instant transfer
§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Quick Transfer > Instant Transfer
§ Select the Transfer Type from the drop-down list
§ Enter the Account Number and re-enter the account number in the Confirm Account
Number text field
§ Enter the amount to be transferred in the Amount text field
§ Select the Remarks from the dropdown list

Note: Select the Custom remark from the dropdown list and enter the remarks in the Custom
Remarks text field

§ Select the Add Beneficiary check box if to add the entered user as a beneficiary
§ Click on the Submit button to navigate to the next page
§ Click on the Cancel button to discard the action

4.1.4 Transfer to Beneficiary


This feature can be used to transfer the amount within the banks, Domestic, International,
and within the logged-in user accounts.

4.1.4.1 Add New Beneficiary


§ Click on Add New to add a new beneficiary

4.1.4.1.1 Internal Beneficiary


§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Transfer to Beneficiary > Add
Beneficiary > Internal Beneficiary
§ Enter the NickName of the user in the text field
§ Enter the Account Number and re-enter the account number in the Confirm Account
Number in the text field
§ Enter the cash limit to be transferred for the beneficiary in the Transfer Limit text
field
§ Click on the Submit button to navigate to the next page
§ Click on the Cancel button to discard the action

4.1.4.2 Within Banks
The logged-in user can transfer the preferred amount within the Banks. A user can send
the amount from one bank account to another bank account.

§ Navigate through Dashboard > Accounts > Transfer to Beneficiary > Within Banks

§ Drag and drop the registered beneficiary box to the icon to transfer or click
on the required beneficiary name to transfer
It displays the details of the beneficiary account and the source [logged in user] account.
