Subject: Request for practical Attachment in your company

Dear sir/madam,

As you very well know university-industry link is an integral part of the process of producing qualified
manpower in the country. Among others, students’ access to the practical work environment before
graduation is found to be more important for making our curriculum and teaching learning process
dynamic and up-to-date. Moreover, this program is also vital for you as a potential employer to reduce
costs of orientation and training.

To this end, it is a usual practice for our department to send students to the industry at least once so as to
have an insight of what the actual business environment looks like. This student are taking the course
professional practice in Business Administration which requires them to attach themselves in a
certain company and produce a project report on a topic related to Business Administration.
_________________________________________is one of our 4th year student. Therefore this is to
kindly ask your esteemed organization to help the student so as to fulfill the requirements of the course.
Like that of the summer practical attachment program for extension students, this course requires access
to secondary data such as working manuals, documents, business reports and related items.

Finally, I would like to extend my appreciation for your usual cooperation.

With regards
