I, EHALAY KATIHAN, of legal age, married to BANDINA AMBIS, filipino, and with residence
and postal address at Dallag Kidapawan, Cotabato, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state:
That I am the vendor and absolute owner of a parcel of land situated in Dallag Arakan,
Cotabato, Philippines, Covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-35504 with an area
measuring. FIFTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY NINE (15,439) SQUARE
METERS, more or less;
That I am not the owner of any other parcel of land exceeding five (5) hectares or that
allowed by law and not tenanted;
That the said parcel of land is within my retention area in accordance with the Agrarian Laws
