Eurobank Equities is looking to further expand its Equity Research team with a self-motivated and

result-driven Junior Analyst that will join the Athens office. The new hire will work alongside the team’s
senior analysts and will be responsible for conducting fundamental research on a range of Greek-listed
companies, with the aim of eventually assuming primary coverage of several stocks and establishing a
leading franchise as Equity Analyst in Greece. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are
recent Finance/Business graduates with strong academic background and are keen to work in a fast-
paced and dynamic environment.

What We Look For


We are looking for candidates who:
• are highly motivated, self-driven, with solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in
a team setting;
• have solid understanding of financial/valuation concepts, high level of numeracy and analytical
skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Greek.

Key responsibilities
• Assisting in all aspects of Senior Analysts’ day-to-day duties including note writing, creating
and maintaining valuation models and communicating ideas;
• As the Junior Analyst develops, responsibilities will expand to include:
✓ Monitoring company/market developments, interpreting data and keeping abreast of
trends and sentiment in the market;
✓ Formulating stock views and compiling own research;
✓ Communicating regularly with clients (internal and external) and generating ideas;
✓ Building relationships with management teams of the covered companies.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate or master's degree in finance/business from a reputable University with record
of strong academic achievement;
• Fluency in both English (Proficiency level) and Greek;
• Studying towards CFA designation would be a plus.
• Prior 1-2 years’ experience in a junior role in finance/consulting is not a requirement, although
it may be an additional consideration.
