POSITION NAME: Associate Manager, Software Testing DIVISION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Within Molex, we are a small team of engineers and data scientists working on the building blocks of ‘Industry 4.0’. We
are creating an IoT (Internet of Things) based data platform that receives data signals from over a million sensors across
industries, process the data and provide real-time monitoring systems in a centralized environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Present the ideas to stake holders, share the timelines, ensure progress, and share the progress with business.
2. Develop and present the required documents Scope Identification, Planning, Estimation, Traceability, and
progress reports.
3. Work in an Agile/Scrum development methodology to drive key aspects of scope definition, Execution.
4. Works collaboratively with QA team, development, and cross boundaries business groups to achieve the target.
5. Ensure the company vision and policies is taken care in decision making and people management.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:  Working experience of designing Automation framework
 Experience of setting KRA for team members, managing and mentoring the team to achieve the set
timelines.
 Working experience in producing the various testing documents through out process of testing and
automation.
 Knowledge of handling the Automation for existing/new products from scratch.
 Holds 3+ years of experience in handling team and developing Automation framework.
 Strong knowledge on implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Gitlab.
 Strong knowledge/experience working with JIRA boards.
 Strong coding skills in Java/Python/C# or any language.
PREFERRED:  Working experience on Python
 Working experience on iOS automation
 Working experience in internet-based product companies, preferably SaaS products.
 Experience handling team cross-region
 Working experience on handling load/performance testing.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:


REQUIRED:  10+ years as a QA professional in a Web/Mobile based product development organization
 Clear understanding of Web frameworks
 Strong Knowledge of Javascript, noSQL databases(any Mongo DB, Elastic Search etc.)
 Strong Problem-Solving skills, Logical reasoning
 Good communication with positive attitude, that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly and
concisely
PREFERRED:  Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service Product
