What is your primary motivation in starting the business? When did you start the business? para sa family. Actually ung asawa ko muna ung nag start ng business, ung nangongontrata sa pag gawa ng mga buildings sa amin nakuha ng tauhan at ng mga makina pang gawa, tapos na isipan na mag franchise kami ng gasolinahan para less expenses na din para dun sa mga pang delivery trucks namin at sa mga sa machine na ginagamit pang construction 3. Who is your major market/customer? ung business naming kami din ung pinaka major na customer gawa nung mga delivery trucks naming tska ung mga pang construction machines ung second eh ung mga private vehicles and lastly ung mga jeeps and tricycles 9. How many employees do you have and what are their responsibilities? My 6 kami na gasoline boy, 5 na mechaniko, 2 ung cashier tapos 1 secretary at 2 accountant 13. How important have good employees been to your success? Important sila sa isang business na katulad na ganito, kasi sila ung nagawa ng mabibigat na trabaho kailangan din naming maging mabait at the same time mataray sa kanila para sumunod sila sa amin at para gumawa sla ng maganda
