3.0 TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

Automated and Push Button Tissue Dispenser is automatic operations machines that
were advanced from the ordinary manual tissue dispenser to produce a toilet tissue dispenser
technology. The dispenses machine technology has been widely developed by the established
country, especially Japan. This Automated and Push Button tissue dispenser are suitable with
the trends and covid 19 now days as it can prepare a touchless toilet paper dispenser, and
good for the hygiene where tissue is one of the keys to prevention. This is because, germs
can be transferred quickly from one person to another merely by physical contact on surfaces
such as doorknobs or handrails

The processes start from when the users want to take the tissue. The machine
dispenses was designed which users simply wave their hands in front of the sensor and the
machine dispenses for a single sheet of tissue through a pushed-up button and infrared sensor
method. Then the user will be getting the tissue by pushing the button provided and the button
will light on to indicate that the tissue is available to use, or user can use infrared sensor where
they just wave their hand to the machine and the tissue will come out. The button will light off
to indicate that the tissue is out of stock and the system will proceed to give notification which
is buzzer to management to replace the tissues in the dispenser. Then the power source in
this design was involved AC and DC power sources to prevent any electrical issues happen.
For instance, if the electricity is cut off, the DC power can activate the product. So, there will
no issue to use the machine every time user wants. Thus, the system also provides UV light
to user that can kill the germ when user using the tissue dispenser machine.

The main component of the dispenser machine:

a) Conveyor system and shaft
b) UV light
c) Buzzer
d) Arduino IDE
e) Infrared Sensor

3.1 Components

3.1.1 Intelligent System

This was created with a two-in-one function in design, which includes a sensor
and a push-button window. To avoid any electrical difficulties, the power supply in this
design included both AC and DC power sources. For example, if the electricity is
switched off, the product can be activated using DC power. There will be no problem
to use where never and whatever situation was. The DC power able to work
inescapable power outage because of AC and DC switch availability. Thus, intelligent
system that installed of a sensor and a push-button for operation are combined into a
single product for device operation. A touch sensor detects touch or near proximity
without relying on physical contact. Touch sensors are making their way into many
applications like mobile phones, remote controls, control panels, etc. Present day
touch sensors can replace mechanical buttons and switches.

3.1.2 UV Light

A UV light is also provided in this design to kill all the germs on the hands. UV
technology allows to replicate UVC radiation which provides highly effective
disinfection properties. UV light provide germicidal effectiveness in many applications
along with a host of other purposes and uses in a wide range.

3.1.3 Buzzer

A buzzer is a sound-generating device that turns audio signals into sound. It is

frequently powered by DC volts. It is used as a sound device in an automated tissue
dispenser as an alarm if the dispenser runs out of tissues.

3.1.4 Arduino IDE

On the datasheet, the Arduino IDE software acts as a microcontroller board

(ATmega328P). The input and output pins each include 14 digits, with 6 digits for PWM
output and the remaining 6 for analogue inputs. Furthermore, the microcontroller at the
automated tissues dispenser, which was controlled by the Arduino IDE system, was
working on the USB connection and rest button. This system, on the other hand, can
be enabled by using an AC to DC adaptor or a battery.

7
3.1.5 Infrared Sensor

IR Sensors or Infrared Sensor are light based sensor that are used in various
applications like Proximity and Object Detection. IR Sensors are used as proximity
sensors in almost all mobile phones. There are two types of Infrared or IR Sensors:
Transmissive Type and Reflective Type. In Transmissive Type IR Sensor, the IR
Transmitter (usually an IR LED) and the IR Detector (usually a Photo Diode) are
positioned facing each other so that when an object passes between them, the sensor
detects the object. The other type of IR Sensor is a Reflective Type IR Sensor. In this,
the transmitter and the detector are positioned adjacent to each other facing the object.
When an object comes in front of the sensor, the sensor detects the object. Moreover,
the sensor was connecting with the Arduino software to activate the microcontroller
during bringing out the tissues.

8.0 CONCLUSION

Eco ProCare Enterprise is not the first company producing the tissues dispenser in fact
there are a few companies done it before but with different functions and features. This product
is particularly made as a satisfaction of the public users and property management via the
online survey to identify what kind of features they need that comfort to be used. Moreover,
our company has intended to propose the automated and push-button tissues dispenser to
increase the hygiene purpose at the toilet area. It is worth it to sell as the market analysis
shows the ascending trend within 3 years ahead. Thus, Eco ProCare Enterprise will strive
hard to ensure that the sales profit can be spent to pay production costs in the upcoming years.
In addition, the loan has been made for the machinery and equipment for improving the
product in the future look that needs more cost to be used. To maintain a successful product
in the market, a strong strategy should be applied on the right track along with the company's
effort. Last but not least, the main mission of the company to produce this product is to
encourage the public users to maintain cleanliness when in the toilet area. Thus, producing
less price with the high-quality products will give more benefit to the environment and the
users.
