Case: Conflict Between Parties for the SSG election.

Beginning 

ALEXA- Hi ELLA, magkakaklase Kayo ni MIKE and YURI Right? 

ELLA- Ahh yes Po, Bakit po?

ALEXA- I am here to conduct a short interview to you as a witness sa conflict or fight na

nangyari between MIKE and YURI, is it ok to answer my few questions?

ELLA- I’ll be delighted to

ALEXA- Thanks ELLA, so we’re you there when the incident happened?

ELLA- yes Po

ALEXA- Can you specifically tell me kung anong nangyari?

ELLA- Ayun nga po, Kanina Lang ay biglang sinuntok ni MIKE SI YURI even the fact na
babae Po Siya, nakakairita nga Po eh 

ALEXA- Do you know the reason why? I mean like Kung may Alam ka bang dahilan Kung
Bakit yun nangyari? Why would MIKE punch YURI?

ELLA- Isa sa Alam Kong dahilan ay dahil magkalaban si MIKE at YURI para sa SSG at
magkaiba ang parties nila, however they are not competing for the same position po, kaso nga
lang ay parang sinisiraan ata ni YURI si MIKE para di Ito Manalo sa election eh.

ALEXA- Ahh ganun ba? Thank you so much for your time, at salamat sa mga impormasyon,
malaking tulong na ito  

ALEXA- (Announcing the problem statement)

Third year students, Mike and Yuri was caught arguing, fighting in contradiction of each
other inside a classroom because of the election for SSG. According to one of the witnesses of
their controversy, Ari, stated that they are not competing over the same position and that the
cause of their fight is because of Yuri spreading malicious/misleading rumors in contrast to
Mike.

 The primary appraisal here is that because of the idea of Mike winning the SSG election
which Yuri does not like or opposes attributable to personal problems between the two of them
or as they are both from different parties.

Effects such as they might ruin each other and their reputation through physical and intellectual
fighting. Aside from those, bad mouthing/belittling a certain person makes you look vulnerable,
apprehensive, and undermines the actual words coming out of your mouth. Which also results
to lack of confidence due to the rumors that is scattered where individuals may suppose.

ALEXA- Ahh I’m quite sure that this are just mislead actions due to their emotions, Now I
would like to ask you both, did the incident really happened because of the SSG election?

MIKE -Yes
YURI- Opo

ALEXA- Can you tell me what take place? What caused this situation? 

Mike - So ayun nga po, nag karoon na ng SSG election samin, pumili sila sa room Ng mga
tatakbo as SSG officers at Hindi ko inaasahan na naging Isa ako sa participants pero sa kabilang
party. Di man gyud mi Kung mag kaaway tas wala pud mi naglaban sa pareho nga rango, Pero
Wala ko Kasabot sa rason Kung ngano murag kalaban man ang pang lantaw ni YURI sa akoa.
Wala man lamang siya mag isip unsay akong bation sa iyang gipanghimo

ALEXA- Pwede mo pa bang Ipa intindi sa Amin Kung ano Ang Ginawa Niya?  Don’t worry
you can only tell me the details you are settled with.

MIKE- So ayun nga Po, nagkaroon na Ng away dahil andami niyang ipinakakalat  na Hindi
magandang isturya tungkol sakin tapus iyaha pa gyud ko libakon Wala gani siya makaila gyud
Nako Kay di man pud mi higala, Mao Ng siya gyud Ang salaan  nganong man sisi ug
magpalouy-louy man siya nga siya man ning ga una-una

YURI- Aba teka Lang, baka nakakalimutan mong sinuntok mo ako!? wag Kang umakting dahil
may kasalanan Karin.obviously, Hindi ko Naman talaga kasalanan, ikaw Ang bigla² nalang
nanununtok and miss ALEXA I’ll tell you, he did not even look like he was sorry for what he
did

MIKE- Eh ikaw Yung nauna, di man gyud Nako to intensyun na sumbagon ka Peru tungod Kay
nasakpan taka nanglibak SA akoa Nadala na Jud ko SA akong emosyon labi na Kay dili sakto
Ang imong gipangsulti 

ALEXA- Sandali Lang relax Lang Tayo guys pumirma Kayo ibig sabihin lulutasin niyo to at
Hindi niyo iyon magagawa Kung Hindi Kayo kakalma wag Po nating sisihin and isa’t isa.

JANE- Right... Let’s now resume, so Mike can you tell me more? I’m now confused

MIKE- Ang naganap is, naabutan ko kase ang mga kaklase kong nag-uusap Ng Hindi maganda
at tama tungkol sa akin at sa tingin ko Kay Yuri nanggaling Ang mga tsimis na iyon!

ALEXA- We have no evidence that it was her but miss Yuri do you admit these accusations?

YURI- Okay fine! Yes! but even If I did spread those false rumors, I have reasons why Lalo
na’t you don’t even look like you are deserving to win.

(Surprised expressions, like raising the eyebrows or something like that)

ALEXA- Sa tingin mo YURI, is it right to ruin someone’s reputation without knowing what
they really are? May kasabihan ngang 'don’t judge the book by its cover' diba 

 (YURIwill pause as if she is thinking)

ALEXA- Again YURI is it really worth it?

(YURI will deep sigh then)

YURI- No… and I’m sorry, I’ll admit my mistakes now, but I also demand and apology sa
pangsusuntok ni MIKE! Ang sakit kaya Ng braso ko, kababae Kong tao, be a gentle man
Naman! You know you used violence against me!

ALEXA- Okay okay... How about making solutions…you guys started a fight, You end it, we
will only help you make an agreement but the decision is for you guys to make…This fight will
not grow more aggressive if you'll open your hearts, learn from your mistake and realize what
will happen if you continue this quarrel  I highly expect that we can finish this mediating
session  by  your reconciliation …So bat di niyo pag isipan, that’s exactly why you are here

YURI- Willing akong mag patawad at humingi Ng pasensya dahil Alam Kong Malaki Rin Ang
aking pagkakamali, ikaw ba Mike?

MIKE- ako masama Parin Ang loob ko, Pero Tama talagang itigil na Natin Ang away na ito,
this is so childish and fine🙄 I’ll admit that my act was really immature, and you should be
thankful cause I am willing to apologize din plus I promise from now on not to spread bad
rumors to break one’s reputation.

MIKE AND YURI: SORRY

ALEXA- Diba Ang gaan sa damdamin pag Wala Kang kaaway at problema kayat proud ako dahil
nagkaintindihan Parin Kayo na mas pinili niyong mag patawaran dahil Yun Naman talaga Ang dapat
…And I shall remember and mark this day as memorable for in every conflict there’s a positive
outcome ... and it’s the realization and lessons Kaya nagpapasalamat ako/kami SA cooperasyon niyo,
ipagpatuloy niyo iyan nang kapayapaan ay makamtan.

JANE- Kayo ay Gumawa Ng solution at Itong agreement contract Ang mag sisilbing monitor
namin pati narin ninyo upang siguraduhin na Kayo talaga ay tumupad SA desisyong ito …Kaya

Mike at Yuri I hope that you will understand each other more at patuloy na magkaisa. (Will
show the agreement contract on screen)

MIKE- Salamat Po sa pagtulong niyo

YURI- at maraming salamat talaga SA pakikinig at pagpapayo ninyo

 
JANE- We now learn right? For you YURI, you, at this time understood that you should not
anticipate the worth or value of something, by its outward appearance alone, and of course
MIKE, violence ever defeats its own ends, where you cannot drive you can always persuade. A
gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile can work wonders and accomplish miracles.
There is a secret pride in every human’s heart that revolts at tyranny. You may order and drive
an individual, but you cannot make her or him or someone respect you, in other words violence
is never the answer of everything, as an alternative you can just talk calmly and reach out
without using violence.

Alexa - In Conflicts we find the positive and negative outcomes, and if we are going to strive to
find solution and restore for reconciliation, we scream understanding and spread-out mediation
for peacebuilding.

ALEXA- Both of you can now sign the agreement contract. Remember and realize everything
that is in the pact.
ALEXA- Disputant A, YURI DELO SANTOS , certifies to terminate the improper actions
where she learned her lesson and had realizations. Thus, as for the agreement, she determine for
settlement. As for MIKE LORENZO, Disputant B, agrees to not ever repeat the uncertain
behavior against women, even men, as he consented to this contract, and having this, they are
now cleared.
JANE- Now upon the process of this mediation both parties agreed for reconciliation, so I
hereby affirm that this case or instance is finally concluded.

ALEXA- Thank you! And before we put an end to this session. Let us hear a closing prayer
from Miss JANE.
JANE- As we close this meeting, we ask you, Lord, na gabayan mo kaming
lahat. Nagpapasalamat po kami dahil matagumpay naming natapos ang
nangyaring conflict. With Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
