How to Backup data using Google Takeout


This is a step by steps on how to backup your data using google takeout
1. Go to Google takeout
2. Select the data you want to backup
You can choose the specific data from any service you want to backup by clicking on
Deselect all and then tic the data you want to backup

Or you can select all the data by clicking on the select all option

3. Backup Gmail data (example)


You can select a specific label from gmail that you want to backup by clicking on All mail
data included and then select the label you want to backup.

4. Prepare the export


Click next steps and select the file types and the size of the file you want to export, then
proceed to export by clicking the Create export

5. Download exported data

After you click Create export, the generate data will be process

After the process is done you will notify by email, and you can download the data by
going to this URL https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout/downloads
And you can click Download to download the data
