A noun is a word that names a person, place,
thing, or animals.
Can you give an example of a name that you are
familiar with?
Very good class. All of your examples are
correct. Those are just some of the special
words that name a person, places, things, or
animals around us.
‘We use nouns when talking about our favorite
toys, family members, pets, or places we like to
visit. And knowing this type of noun will help
us express our thoughts and ideas effectively.

let us read and sort these naming words in the
table below whether each of them was the name
of a person, place, thing or animals.
