On this sunny Sunday morning, many people pass by to go on vacation with friends, family and even

girl or boyfriends. while Nabila is busy making CVs to be sent to various companies. Nabila is a fresh
graduate from the Surabaya State University majoring in Accounting. Currently he is busy looking for
work, considering that many of his friends have found jobs according to their respective skills.
However, it is different with Nabila, she has tried to send her CV to various companies but there has
not been a single call for an interview. In the midst of confusion and chaotic thoughts, Nabila finally
took the initiative to contact her friends so they could hang out at the Cafe together.

After getting advice from Henny, Nabila tried to apply for several jobs through LinkedIn. 2 days of
waiting, it turns out that Nabila got a notification from one of her companies.

interview, I have to prepare clothes for tomorrow.

On Wednesday at 07.00, Nabila rushed to get ready to go to company A for an interview. Arriving
there, Nabila waited in line to enter the HRD room. After waiting for some time, Nabila finally did an
interview in the HRD room.

Dea : Good morning, Nabila. My name is Dea.
Nabila : Good morning. Pleasure to meet you Dea.

Nabila : Thank you. First of all, a brief introduce about myself. I am a fresh graduate from
Universitas Negeri Surabaya major in Accounting. I move from Malang. I am currently seeking a
reputable company that I can work my skill and expertise while learning at the same time. And I am a
hard worker and willing to work harder to meet the company’s working standard.
Dea : We have a job opening for assistant finance do you think you can handle the job?
Nabila : I have a Accounting degree and I would love to learn with your company.
Dea : Okay, in your CV you were a secretary in the BEM organization, right? Can you tell us what
contribution you made to the organization, and what did you get from the organization?
Nabila : Yes, I used to be a secretary in the BEM organization, at that time my contribution was to
provide services to every member of the BEM organization who needed important letters to be used,
besides that I also helped the heads of implementing activities to ask for signatures from the dean. The
benefits that I get are of course a lot, ranging from relationships, very valuable experiences that I did
not find in lecture classes and also how we socialize, work in teams to realize success in a work
program

assistant too, what is your contribution to the company?
Nabila : My contribution to the internship company as a financial assistant, I try to create a positive
climate in the company and try to prepare financial reports correctly and quickly so that later it can be
used as a reference for making decisions as quickly as possible.

Nabila : I am optimistic and persistent in finding a solution to a problem. For example, when I
encounter difficulties in completing my thesis, I try to consistently find creative solutions to get the
best grades. With this principle I can contribute to the company with a positive development climate,
and I will prepare financial reports in a transparent, fast and accurate manner to help develop this
company.

me, because it is in accordance with the majors and skills I learned during college so that later it can

After conducting the interview, the next day Nabila received an email from company A that she was
accepted at the company, Nabila was very happy and immediately contacted Henny to thank him for
the advice given.

Nabila : Alhamdulillah,,, finally after 2 months of waiting I was successfully accepted at company A
according to my passion and major in college. I had to contact henny directly to thank him for the
advice given.

CALLING HENNY
Nabila : Hallo henny, i want to say thank you for the advice, finally i was accepted in company A as
