LETTER OF CONGRATULATIONS

Dear Doctor,

I have the pleasure to inform that you have been declared successful in FCPS PART-I Examination
held in September 2020 session. You are now eligible to undergo training in relevant discipline for
completing the necessary requirements as prescribed in the College Prospectus/Syllabus. You
should now obtain necessary guidelines / instructions from Registration & Research Cell (R&RC),
pertaining to Registration formalities and participation in the mandatory, workshops. Please note that you
are required to register with R&RC immediately after starting your training.

This result of passing FCPS-I will remain valid if you pass the IMM examination (both theory & TOACS) in
Six (06) consecutive attempts (availed or un-availed) starting from the date of eligibility after registration as
FCPS-Il trainee.

If you could not pass IMM examination as described above then you will be required to appear in FCPS-ll
examination within Seven (07) years, from the date of passing FCPS-I examination, otherwise validity of
FCPS-I result will become null and void.

In case the requirement of passing IMM has not been introduced in your subject, old rules will apply for validity
of FCPS-l and for registration with R&RC. In that case, you must appear at least once in the final FCPS Part-ll
examination before the expiry of three years plus the duration of training in the chosen speciality, failing which
this FCPS Part-l result will become null and void.

Please note that requirements of training are constantly under review and it is your responsibility to be
aware of the current regulations, which will be applicable to you, on the date of registration. FCPS-I is NOT an
academic qualification and you are not authorized to write it along with your other degrees/diplomas on your
letterhead, visiting card, signboard, nameplate, etc.

Yours Sincerely,

Note: This letter can be verified from this link: http://111.68.111.7/exam_result/verify/
