Client is a full-time mother and seasonal banana vendor. On the other hand, her
husband is a farmer without enough income. The reason why the family is asking for financial
and livelihood assistance is to help them enhance their socio-economic well-being, hence this
referral.
VIII. RECOMMENDATION
As assessed by the undersigned, client is highly recommended for financial and
livelihood assistance needed to help the socio-economic status of the family and to support the
education of her client’s children.

Ryan is suffering from financial difficulty. He cannot sustain the needs of his children for
he has no stable income. Her husband is the only earner in the family. Her children are
currently studying with difficulty in school miscellaneous and allowances. She cannot find a job
and work since her young kids need her full attention.
The client, Ryan shows great deal of determination in having been able to comply and
support his children in daily needs. Despite of Ryan’s capacity and effort, he understands that
everything is not under of her control. He said exhaustedly that how desperate he and his
children to seek help for their financial needs. The poor condition of the family left the client
with no choice but to seek for the financial assistance for his children.
Resources for Ryan’s problem are available in the community and the change potential
for her is quite bright especially that South Cotabato has PSWDO and LGU- Tantangan with its
supportive services that can be tapped. Client and his two children are the priority for
interventive efforts. As to the theory of Lev Vygotsky and John Dewey; both believed that such
an education was essential to the development of more just and more enlightened societies.
