SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EVELLO M. VALENCIA, JR., Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy.

Poblacion, Municipality of Toboso, Negros Occidental, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint EVELITA VALENCIA-FUENTES, my sister, a Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Toboso, Negros Occidental, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and/or perform any or
all of the following acts:

1. To appear, negotiate, and sign, on my behalf, the contract of loan

pertaining to my TEN (10) WHEELER FUSO DUMP TRUCK , more
particularly described as follows:

2. To take charge of the payment of the loan, and any payment necessary for
the taxes and fees of the aforementioned property, subject to the agreed
conditions with the seller of the same;

3. To appear, negotiate, make, sign, execute, and deliver, on my behalf, all the
necessary documents or instruments of whatever nature or kind, including
but not limited to sales, transfers, or mortgages with any and all third
persons, concerns, or entities upon such terms and conditions acceptable to
my said Attorney-in-Fact pertaining to the sale of any personal property
(ies) I have explicitly identified and agreed to purchase, with the details
thereof already conveyed to my attorney-in-fact herein;

4. To accept, on my behalf, any money, proceeds or payment resulting

therefrom; and

5. To do such any other act that may be required, necessary, or incidental to

carry out any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby
given.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full and irrevocable

power and authority to do and perform all the acts afore-stated and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution or revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
