PROTOCOLS TO BE OBSERVED BY ALL WORKFORCE

WORKFORCE [VOLUNTEER / VENDORS] – Mr. BOJA | 08107775868

1. Be at the venue on or before 7am


2. We on your tags at all times
3. Keep a smiling look at all times and be courteous with all participants including
the abusive and intolerable
4. Never shout at any participants
5. All Workforce are to be on white and black uniforms for easy identification
6. Ladies; White Blouse, turtle neck or Shirts with jeans and moderately heels shoe
or white trainers
7. Men; White Blouse, turtle neck or Shirts with jeans and moderately heels shoe
or white trainers
8. Be on your volunteer dress code and tag

ADMINSTRATORS [16] – MISS MERCY UKACHUKWU | 07026436223

1. Be at the venue before 10am on Friday for checking of the system


2. Be at the venue 7am on Saturday August 20th
3. Mark those already registered on the system
4. Register those who are yet to register
5. Printing of Admission Letters
6. Giving in bulk, the admission letters to the head ushers
7. Be on your volunteer dress code and tag

WELFARE [10] – MRS OLUBUNMI EFOSA | 08121268544

1. Provide snacks for all workforce 8am, 12 noon, 1:30pm, 3pm


2. Provide water for all the special guests 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm
3. Be on your volunteer dress code and tag

USHERS [48] –

1. Position changing times are 9am, 10:30am, 12noon, 1:30pm


2. Never argue with any participant rather report them to the Head Usher who
will in turn report to the bouncers and then to the security.
3. Sit at the last role when you’re through with your turn
4. Receive and distribute the admission letters
5. Make provision for offering bags if requested
6. Be on your volunteer dress code and tag

JANITOR [12] –

1. All Janitors are in charge of the luggage of the volunteers all through the event.
2. They are to receive luggage with number identification

MEETERS & GREETERS [12] –

1. Welcome people with contagious smile


2. Pin the tags on people’s chest
3. Ensure that their numbers are logged on the system before giving them the
tags

SOCIAL MEDIA [12] – OPARA CHUKWUEBUKA

1. Live streaming of event on Facebook and Instagram


2. Generating quotes from sermons of pastors and ministers
3. Creating a design for the quotes
4. Posting event updates online every 20 - 30mins

BOUNCERS [5] –

1. Search all participants’ bodies and luggage before entering the information
lobby

2. Please gently bring the abusive and angry participant and or volunteer to the
counselling room.
3. All violent participant most be handed to the police force outside the venue

BUS MANAGERS [20] –

1. Be at the bus station 6am


2. Ensure you have the number of the bus driver
3. Strictly follow the bus pick-up policy
4. Be on your volunteer dress code and tag

SECURITY [12] -

1. All security should be at every nook and crannies of the event


2. No discussion should be allowed outside the auditorium except for making
calls
3. Report every strange movement and incident to the head of security
immediately
