Too many pro-active SFP replacements.

Link failure.

G port.
No light.

NOS (Not Operational Sequence).

Off Line Sequence (OLS).

Loss of Signal.

Faulty SFP

Too many SFP pro-actively replaced while the problem lies outside the SFP / switch.
