v 1 cup of tomato ketchup
v 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
v 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
v ½ teaspoon of garlic paste
v ½ cup of vinegar
v 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
v ¼ teaspoon of chilli powder
Directions
1. In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, chilli powder, chilli flakes, lemon juice,
chilli sauce, garlic paste and vinegar.
2. Mix with a fork and transfer into serving bowl.

Tomato Ketchup and Date Sauce

v 2 cups of dates, seeded, soaked
v 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
v 1 cup of tomato ketchup

v 2 raw mangoes, peeled, seeded
v 1 bunch of coriander leaves
v 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
v 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
v ½ cup of yoghurt
v 1 teaspoon of salt
v 1 green chilli

1. In a blender, add mango, coriander leaves, yoghurt, chilli, salt, lemon

v 3 tablespoons of red chilli powder

v ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
