What: Intent of Retirement

Date: May 17, 2023

Dear Sir Patrick

This letter signifies my intention to early retirement from Hogs Unlimited Inc. from my current position
as part of the Technical Team for Breeding at the same time as a System Analyst. At the moment I am on
a special assignment as a Farm Head of NC-Oton Farm, a Growing facility located in Brgy. Botong, Oton,
Iloilo, and will be effective 30 days after this intent would be approved.

Coming up with this decision is not easy for me, but this would benefit me by having a rewarding rest
since I have been working for almost 38 years now and would have time to be with my son in Manila
and also for the company which at the moment has experienced difficulties financially due to the
current situation in the hog industry.

Being in the company for 7 years and 3 months by June this year is very rewarding and fruitful since I
was able to share my skills and experiences in different aspects of swine management, in solving
problems and giving recommendations and solutions with other employees and the company moving
forward. Of course, it is not always a smooth sailing ride since the business is a live operation dealing
with Pig Operations.

With the approval of this intent, I will still have a 30-day grace period before moving out and will still
continue to work until June 17, 2023. If the Management wants me to continue working here in NC-
Oton Farm since at present my team and I are preparing the growing facility for another load, I would be
glad to continue.

It has been a great opportunity and honor to be part of the Hogs Unlimited Inc. Family. Though looking
forward to my retirement, it has been both a pleasure and a learning experience for me and will be
cherished and remembered.

Wishing all employees, the Management, and the Company the best of everything.
