MINUTES OF THE MEETING

FIRST PARENT- TEACHER CONFERENCE
GRADE 7 ro
REFLECTION NOTE
DEMONSTRATION TEACHING

The role model for students is the teacher. Students pay attention to them, do
as they are told, and perhaps obey them more than their parents. Teachers should
be models of virtue for their students. They need to set a positive example for the
pupils who are watching them by living what they preach. People in their
immediate vicinity and the neighborhood are watching them closely. They must
therefore adhere to the standards and behaviors of a competent teacher.

The level of the students, their requirements, their interests, the teaching
scenario, the teacher's understanding of how students learn best, the time allotted,
and the resources available must all be taken into consideration while creating a
lesson plan. Because it enables teachers to organize lessons in a systematic way
and gives students the opportunity to understand what they will learn and how it
will meet their requirements, lesson planning is crucial in the lives of teachers.

After the demonstration lessons, I experienced a sense of relief, fulfillment,

and joy. We must connect with ourselves, our materials, our sentiments or
responses to our materials, how we would like our students to feel, and how we
would like to create this connection with their hearts and brains, I realized as I felt
relieved from having accomplished something. We as teachers must encourage our
students to develop their skills. I did everything I could to help them feel at ease
while they were learning. And I genuinely thought the pupils could succeed, and
I'm committed to helping them succeed. Teaching needs complete commitment,
love, and compassion for the job and the students. Dedicated in the sense that we,
as teachers, should be able to motivate pupils through our acts, teaching methods,
and even the lessons and activities in which they participated. The saying
"Teachers cannot teach what they do not know" is true. Additionally, lessons that
should be taught must be right, truthful, and good.

"Knowing how to do it is not enough to become a teacher."
