If the DC output voltage detected on the DC load equipment is a negative value,
the load cables are connected in reverse. You must connect the DC output
cables properly. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged.

Steps
1. Set the power switch of the –48 V DC load device to the OFF position.
2. Switch on the corresponding DC output circuit breaker of the load.
3. Switch the multimeter to the DC voltage mode, and check the accessed DC
voltage on the load equipment side.

Ÿ In hot plug of the CSU, slow action is required to avoid sparking.
Ÿ When you push the CSU into a slot, you must not press the LCD screen, buttons,
or indicators to avoid any damage to the device. Application Scenario
Ÿ The electrical connection test and debugging have been completed. The
system does not need to be started temporarily.
1 2 Ÿ If the system is faulty, it needs to be shut down for troubleshooting.

Steps
1. Switch to another power system to supply power to the load devices, or turn off
the load devices to remove load from the system.
2. Switch off the DC output circuit breaker on the DC power distribution unit.
3. Remove the plugs from the photovoltaic array.
4. Switch off the AC input circuit breaker on the AC input power distribution unit.
5. Switch off the battery input circuit breaker on the –48 V DC power distribution

again.
Prerequisites
All the power switches in the DC power supply are disconnected.
Steps
1. Switch on the circuit breaker of the storage battery pack, and wait until the CSU
start and operate properly.
2. After the CSU operate properly, switch on the AC input circuit breaker in the
DC power supply, and wait until the rectifier start and operate properly.
3 . Insert the plugs of the photovoltaic array into the solar power unit.
