EDPMS PATCH ONLY

(version 3.9 with 7 meds)

Reminders:
 Do not re-install your EDPMS Offline version
 During the on-going updates, turn off your anti-virus and turn-on when it’s done.

Steps:
1. Access the Online EDPMS, use any recommend internet browser, type https://edpms.doh.gov.ph on

the address bar, then press [Enter]

2. You’ll be asked to enter the Username and Password

3. At the HOME PAGE,

a. Click the link DOWNLOAD EDPMS PATCH LATEST VERSION

b. Downloading the file will take seconds or a few minutes depending on the internet

connection.

c. Wait until the downloading is 100% complete

4. Locate the file in your computer. The downloaded file is saved by default at the Download folder

5. Double click the patch file

 A pop up dialog box appeared

 The destination folder is the same where your offline is installed.

 The correct path to extract the file is C:/Department of Health/root

 Then click EXTRACT… then click YES TO ALL

6. Acces your EDPMS Offline.

a. Locate the usbwebserver.exe file at c:/department of health folder

b. Double click the usbwebserver.exe file

c. A usbwebserver windows will appear

d. . A green check icon indicates that apache & mysql is running.

e. Using any internet browser, type localhost:8081/login.php on the address bar then press

[Enter] to access the EDPMS offline login page.

f. Click “Start Update”

g. Wait until the updating process is complete

h. A pop-up message box appeared “Successfully Uploaded” and click OKAY

7. At this point your EDPMS offline version is updated to version 3.9

8. You can now login to your account and update your drug price data by encoding the previous month

transactions
