Competitors
As a business owner in the web design industry, I am sure to face competition from
other companies offering similar services. My potential competitors can be divided into
three broad categories: local businesses, national companies, and international
businesses.
Local businesses are likely to be my most direct competitors. They are likely to have a
better understanding of the local market, and they may have built up a loyal customer
base. They may also offer a better price than I can, as they do not have to cover the
cost of marketing and reaching a wider audience. They may also have more
experienced staff and access to more resources.
National companies can be a significant threat to my business. These companies are
likely to be well-established, have access to extensive resources, and be able to offer
competitive prices. They may also have more experience in the web design industry,
which could give them an edge over me.
International businesses can also be a threat to my business. They may be able to offer
services at a lower cost, as they can draw on resources from different countries. They
may also have access to more experienced staff and may be able to offer additional
services that I cannot.
Competitors in web design can also include web design companies, freelance web
designers, web design agencies, and any other business offering web-related services.
Top competitors in Web Design business are:
