• MANAGERS, EPCC PROJECT MANAGEMENT

- Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognized institution


- 15 years’ experience in EPCC projects in the Oil & Gas Industry, petrochemical or chemical
industries
- Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering, procurement, construction,
commissioning of projects
Possess the ability to effectively manage multi discipline project team and capable to work under
minimal supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills with technical employee as well as senior management of
the Company
- Possess good knowledge of applicable Computer Software
- Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board Engineers, Malaysia

• CONTRACT MANAGER, EPCC


- Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognized institution
- 15 years’ experience in Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction and Contract
Management of EPCC Projects, preferably in oil & gas industry
- Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering, procurement,
construction, commissioning of projects
- Familiar with development of MOU, JV, Consortium agreement for EPCC projects
- Possess the ability to effectively manage multi discipline project team and capable to
work under minimal supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills with technical employee as well as senior
management of the Company
- Possess good knowledge of applicable Computer Software
- Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board Engineers, Malaysia

• SENIOR ENGINEERS / ENGINEERS, EPCC


- Degree in any Engineering Discipline of process, mechanical, civil, structural, piping,
electrical, instrument from a recognized institution
- 15 years’ experience in EPCC projects in the Oil & Gas Industry, petrochemical or
chemical industries
- Posses good knowledge of applicable international standards and codes
- Possess good knowledge of applicable Computer Software
- Familiar with development of basic design data for bid preparation of EPCC Projects
- Familiar with execution of EPCC projects with regards to confirmation of basic design
packages, review and finalized sub contract construction packages, hook up and
commission of facilitates
- Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia
- Experienced with working in joint-ventures, consortium and other forms of collaboration
with potential partners.

• ENGINEER, PLANNING & PROJECT CONTROL, EPCC


- Degree in any Engineering discipline or Computer Science from recognized institution
- Min 5 years’ experience in Planning & Project Control of EPCC projects preferably in the
oil & gas industry
- Prior experience in procurement, construction and hook up commissioning projects are
an added advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable in applicable Computer Software
- Experience in Primavera and MS Project Management Software is required
- Must be knowledgeable in preparing reports and analysing data.
• HSE ENGINEER, EPCC
- Degree in any Engineering Discipline and certified as HSE personnel from a recognized
institution
- Min 5 years’ experience in EPCC projects in the Oil & Gas Industry, petrochemical or
chemical industries
- Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering, procurement,
construction, commissioning of projects
- Green Book holder will be an added advantage

• MANAGER, QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL, EPCC


- Degree in any Engineering Discipline and qualified Quality Auditor from a recognized
institution
- Min. 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 5 years as Manager, QA/QC for
EPCC projects or construction projects exceeding RM50 million
- Possess good knowledge of ISO9001:2015
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 or OSHA 18001 will be an added advantage
- Able to generate project quality plan, project procedures and coordinate inspection
activities

• SENIOR BUYER, PROCUREMENT, EPCC


- Degree or Diploma in any discipline and r from a recognized institution
- Min. 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry / petrochemical projects
- Possess good knowledge of the Malaysian oil & gas and petrochemical market
- Knowledgeable of international procurement market is an added advantage
- Possess basic knowledge of procurement practices, terms, negotiations concept and
business law
Possess good knowledge of applicable Computer Software

All candidates must: -

• Possess willingness to work extended hours to meet tight project schedules.


• Possess willingness to be posted to project site (local and overseas) as and when required.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate well with various levels.
• Possess good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Possess good command of writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good attitude, independent, results-oriented & ability to work within timelines
• Team player with excellence communication, interpersonal & integrity
