1.The e-tender is invited from eligible tenderers, registered contractor, by the Registrar, Visvesvaraya Technological
University, “Jnana Sangama”, Belagavi-18, for the works detailed in the table below under standard tender
document procedure K/W formats. (The tenderers who have executed similar nature of single work costing not
less than 50% of amount put to tender, shall only apply for these works).
2. Tenders must be accompanied by earnest money deposit specified for the work in the table below. Earnest money
deposit will have to be in anyone of the forms as specified in the e-Tender document and shall have to be valid for
90 days beyond the validity of the tender.
3 If the tender is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons the cost of the tender forms will not be refunded.
4.Registrar, V.T.U., Belagavi reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
