APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FOR GRADE 1 to 9 for 2023

DUE DATE FOR SUBMISSION: 30th AUGUST 2022.
A non-refundable Application fee of N$50.00 to be deposited on the school account and attach the proof.
All the candidates will be invited for a written entry test in:
1. JP: (Grade 1-3) English and Mathematics
2. SP: (Grade 4) English and Mathematics
3. SP: (Grade 5-7) English, NSHE, Social studies and Mathematics
4. JS (Grade 8): English, NSHE, Social studies and Mathematics
5. JS (Grade 9): English, Life-Science, Physical Science, Geography, Entrepreneurship History, and Mathematics.
NB Entry Test will be on: 15th October 2022.

1. The Uniform structure
Skirt: Maroon with gold
Tie: Maroon with gold stripes

Blazer: Only to grade 5 - 9 learners
Uniform are bought at Nande Fashion design situated NDC buildings, Shape Trading CC opposite bookshop of
Namibia and at Zion Investment behind KAMBWA building opposite Onhimbu open Market.
2. School Fee Structure
Grade 1-3 N$ 400.00 per month and N$390 school bus, the total fees is N$790.00
Grade 4-7 N$ 450.00 per month and N$390 school bus, the total fee is N$840.00
Grade 8-9 N$ 500.00 per month and N$390 school bus, the total fee is N$ 890.00
NB: These fees are 12 month (January to December) payable to the school account on the following bank detail:
FNB, Account Name: DAPP Private School, Outapi branch, Account No: 55421140969.
You are required to submit a copy of a deposit slip or a proof of payment at school for every month. Fill in the
full name of the child and the grade at the reference space in the deposit slip.
3. School Hostel
The school does not have a hostel.
4. Mode of transport of learners to and from school
The school has a school Bus that is transporting learners daily to and from school.
NB: The school bus only transport learners who resides from Outapi, Okakwa and Okalonda to and from
school.
Take note:
DAPP Private School has English as medium of instruct across all grades (phases).
Each learner is expected to have the full school uniform approved by the beginning of the school in
January, there will be no negotiations on this regards.
The school expects all learners to follow and abide to high moral, school codes of conduct and ethical
standards. Indiscipline is encouraged against in the strongest terms and thus parents are reminded to
curtail out indiscipline already from home and inculcate the conducive manners among them before
joining the DAPP fraternity.
The School fees and Bus fees are 12 months (January to December) payable to the school account
before or on the 7th of each month.
