Muslim Enterprise was set up on 1 October 2021. Below are the business transactions
during the month of December 2021.

3. The insurance premium on the Motor Vehicles of RM2,400 is for twelve (12) months
beginning on 1 July 2021.

4. It was discovered that Mr Halim, one of the debtors had been declared bankrupt,
and the balance in his account was RM3,000 and this had not been written off. The
provision for doubtful debts was to be adjusted to 4% on the remaining balance of
Accounts receivable.

5. 40% of the carriage expenses were for carriage outwards. The remaining of the
expenses were carriage inwards.

6. The following amounts were still outstanding as at 31 December 2021:-

7. Mr. Musa, the owner of the business had withdrawn some goods worth RM1,250 for
his personal use and no record had been made in the book.

8. The loan from FIM Bank was obtained on 1 July 2021 and the interest rate is 6.5%
per annum. The interest payment has not yet paid to the bank for the year 2021.

9. The interest earned from Fixed Deposit amounted to RM2,500 was not yet recorded
at the end of the current accounting year.
