Good Day!

In pursuant to the Scheduled Districtwide School Encampment which was scheduled last
February 25 to 26, 2023 for the BSP and March 4 to 5 2023 for the GSP, Siotes Elementary
School is pleased to inform you’re that we were successfully able to conduct such scheduled
initiative and held every activities as reflected in our activity matrix’s/designed. The
teacher’s/school administration has devotedly offer their time even though the said activity falls
during weekend. The said activity has provided our school children/BSP&GSP Scouters a
memorable and fulfilled learning outside the four corners of the classroom. In connection to this
we are humbly asking your good office to grant us some service credits in order to somewhat
compensate the service that we have extend during weekend and ensuring that the objective of
the above mention undertaking is properly implemented and achieved.

Attached herewith are the necessary supporting documents required in claiming such privilege.
