Reinitialization Procedure

Purpose:
The purpose of this procedure is to reinitialize and reload data back into a T32 control.

Overview:
This procedure will go through reinitializing the control by dip switch settings. Next we will input the
parameters. Lastly we will format and load the rest of the data.

Tools Needed:
• Small flat-head screwdriver

Instructions:
I. Clearing RAM Memory
A. Power Off the control.
B. On the MC116 set dip switches 1 and 3 to the right.

C. Power On the control.

D. The two green LED's on the MC116 will turn on, then off and then on again. (The lights may
turn on and off real quickly. Wait at least 30 seconds before going to the next step.)
E. Power Off the control.
F. Set dip switches 1 and 3 back to the left.
II. Loading of Parameters by EPROM
A. Power On the control. (Numerous alarms are expected at this point.)
B. Press [Param] soft key.
C. Press third menu key from the right. (It is the same key that you press to get to parameters.)
D. Type 1131 and press Input. (The area above that key will highlight if done correctly.)
E. Press [Diagnostic] soft key.
F. Press [Diagnostic Memory] soft key.
G. Press [Memory EEPROM] soft key.
H. Press the down arrow into the box next to EEPROM.
I. Type 2 and then press Input.
J. Press [Start] soft key.
K. When the 2 changes to a 0 the parameters are put back into memory. This happens very
quickly.
L. Power Off the control.
M. Power On the control.
N. Verify the parameters with a hard copy. If parameter are zeros you need to input them in
by hand. If the parameters are weird characters such as asterisks then you need to restart
this procedure and instead of writing in parameters from EEPROM you need to hand type
them.
