Diploma, Diploma & Certificate Courses : (Academic Year 2023-24) Online applications are invited from all eligible candidates for admission to various P.G. Diploma, Diploma & Certificate Courses offered by the University Departments/ Centres/Schools. 1. Entrance Examination & Admission: * Candidate shall be admitted to the above courses strictly on the basis of merit of basic qualification. * The Entrance Examination will be conducted by the Department which runs the course, wherever applicable, * The detail schedule of entrance exam will be available on the website of the respective Department, wherever applicable. * For further details on admission criteria/merit list, please contact respective University Departments. 2. The schedule of the process of submission of application form will be as follows: a) Commencement of filling of online application 10/05/2023 b) Last date of filling online application 10/06/2023 (11.59 pm) ¢)_ Last date of filling online application with late fee: 17/06/2023 (11.59 pm) * Detailed Merit list of selected candidates will be announced later on SPPU website by respective University Departments. 3. Courses & Eligibility: * For the list of P.G. Diploma, Diploma & Certificate Courses and their eli please refer to Annexure ‘B’ & ‘C’ bility criteria, 4. Reservation: * Reservation in admission of students to various Certificate courses & Diploma courses shall be as per the norms laid down by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time including reservation for the person with disabilities/Orphan and Defence Personnel’s Child / Ex-Serviceman Child, 5. Processing Fees and Mode of Payment: * Following fee is applicable for application of a single programme: Late Fee a) For candidates belonging to General category: Rs. 600/- ]_ 750/- b) For candidates belonging to Reserved categories : Rs. 400/- J 550/- ‘* Payment should be done online using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking ete,6. instructions for Filling Online Application: ‘© Online application form is available on the website: https://campus.unipune.ac.in/ccep/login.aspx = Required Documents: Candidate shall upload the following documents with the application: P) Photo-copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination passed, if applicable (which is required for the eligibility.) b) Photo-copy of the caste certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra in case of Reserved category candidates (if applicable). As per Government of Maharashtra rules, reserved category students belonging to ‘tate other than Maharashtra (other state) are treated as Open (General) category. ¢) Photo-copy of a valid Non-creamy layer certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra in case of Reserved category (OBC/DTNT/SBC/Women) candidates (If applicable). Photo copy of certificate issued by Government of Maharashtra in case of EWS student. 4) Photo copy of the Medical certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon in case of ‘Persons with disabilities (P-H.)' candidates (if applicable). ‘* Candidates are NOT required to submit printout of application/documents to the University after online submission of application. However, these documents in original have to be submitted to the respective Department at the time of admission. «+ Incomplete applications/ applications without uploading required documents/ applications submitted after the last date will be rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence will be entertained by the University in this regard, «No request for change in any information provided in the online form will be entertained by the University. 7. General Instructions: «Securing place in the Merit List does not automatically guarantee admission to the course, The admission is confirmed only upon the submission of all the required and valid documents to the Department and fulfilling of eligibility criteria. «University reserves right to admit candidates without entrance examination if number of applications are less than the intake capacity.
