Our product is called “Fried Bread Roll with Tuna Filling”. From the title
itself, it has a delicious tuna filled in a bread roll deep fried in cooking oil. Only one
piece of our product is enough to sustain ourbody healthy needs because it has
carbohydrates, zinc, iron and vitamins that helps our body to become healthy.
Students, teachers and admins can avail our product at a cheap price for only PHP
13.00 only.

On buying ingredients for our own product, we have spent PHP 161.00 for all
the ingredients we will need. The Pinoy Tasty is PHP 15.00, the 2 Can of Tuna is PHP
76.00, the Bread Crumbs is PHP 10.00, the cooking oil is PHP 25.00, the Butter is PHP

our product. We make a product that is delicious and enjoyable, affordable for our
customers.

TDS company targets the junior and senior high school students, college students,
adults and teachers since this food is more accessible to sell because they have
online class that they attend. They have their allowance to create a decision on
which product to buy as a snack.

TDS Corporation launches bread roll snacks that has a sauce in the
inside. A typical bread roll contains a hotdog or ham, and vegetable.
TDS innovated this bread roll and added cheese sauce in the inside
that will not be visible through the naked eye of the customers. They
will eat snack that they will not only enjoy, but also their body
health. They will indulge to the healthiness unconsciously while
enjoying the snack.

Some people usually fall asleep in the afternoon and also because of this pandemic the
students, adults and teachers are only in their house, they need a finger food to enlighten theirselves
and boost their energy that is why the TDS decided to innovate the typical snack into something

Our Strategy is to entertain our customers to buy from us using advertisement, pliers
and promos or discount. Also the price will be affordable for the customers to buy our
product. We will make the place for our food stall clean and pleasant to the eyes of our
customers and we will also be friendly talking to them so that we can get many customers
to buy our product

EXPECTED INCOME
We will sell this product at a cost of ₱ 10.00 - ₱ 25.00. We are expecting that our
expected income will reach ₱ 3,000 - ₱ 4,000. We the employees will do our best to make

personal and our product that we provide is very affordable.

We can sell our product through online and we also have a store
in San Ramon Dinalupihan Bataan. We can offer you through social
media or in personal. The premium bread roll with cheese sauce is
only 50 pesos and it consist of 5 pieces per bundle. It is free shipping
near in our store but if it is far, the customer will provide another
payment for shipping fee and it cost only 5 pesos. Even if it is online
or in personal we can give you a service.

We make this strategy to easily provide a service and food to our


customers that we easily give a snack that even though there is a
pandemic we still give a service and food to deliver in their house.

Ingredients
 12 slices white bread
 3 hot dogs, cut into 4 strips
 4 ounces quick melt cheese, cut into 24 thin strips
 2 eggs
 1/4 cup milk
 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
 canola oil

Product Process

Exact Processing Procedure:

➢ Trim edges of each bread and with a rolling pin, flatten until very thin. 
➢ Arrange a piece of hotdog and two cheese strips at the edge of the bread
facing you and roll bread into a log to enclose filling. Press lightly on
seams to completely seal (or secure with toothpicks and remove when
ready to dredge in bread crumbs). Repeat with remaining bread slices.
➢ In a bowl, combine eggs and milk and whisk together until well-beaten. 
➢ In a shallow dish, place Panko bread crumbs.
➢ Dip the bread roll in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs, patting down
crumbs to fully coat. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
➢ Arrange breaded rolls in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for 3
to 5 minutes.
➢ In a wide, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, heat about 2-inches
deep of oil. Place prepared bread rolls seam side down and deep-fry,
turning as needed, until golden and crunchy. 
➢ Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Serve
hot with catsup for dipping. Use the cut-off crusts as a binder (panade)
for burger steaks.
➢ I find the sweet and tangy taste of banana catsup complements the
creamy and salty flavors of these bread rolls. You can either spread a very
thin layer of catsup on the bread (not too thick or the bread will turn
soggy) before you add the sliced hot dog and cheese or just serve the fried
bread rolls with a side of banana catsup for dipping.
➢ Cut the hot dog and cheese into thin strips so you’ll be able to roll the
bread tightly around them.
➢ I like to freeze the prepared bread rolls for a few minutes before frying so
the cheese firms up a little and does not ooze out of the rolls during
frying.
➢ For the best texture, maintain the oil is at the optimal 350 F to 375 F
range. Too hot and the bread coating browns before the inside is
sufficiently heated through, too low and the bread rolls absorb a lot more
oil.
➢ To prevent the temperature from plummeting, do not overcrowd the pan
and fry in batches as needed.
➢ Drain the fried rolls on a wire rack instead of on paper towels as the
escaping steam might make them soggy.

How to serve
 These crunchy cheese and hot dog rolls are delicious as a snack or appetizer
with a dipping sauce such as ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, sweet and sour
sauce, or Ranch dressing.
 As they’re best enjoyed freshly cooked, I suggest storing them unfried.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, cover with film, and freeze
until firm. When frozen, transfer to resealable bags and keep in the
refrigerator for up to 3 months. This way, they won’t stick together
when frozen.
 Fry frozen and adjust the temperature during cooking as needed to
ensure they don’t burn on the outside before fully heated through on
the inside.

The processing plant will be from one of the owner’s kitchen


which is just 500 meters from ISCSHS with the complete availability of
equipment and ingredients all at good condition.

School. The sources are namely Yusing’s Store and Saning Vegetable
Mart. The materials will be bought through cash from the owners’ fund
and will be delivered personally to the processing plant.

inventory control will have an inventory aging schedule and our one member will
calculate the inventory turnover ratio at the end of the month to measure the number of
times we have taken inventory.

delivery time and count the total payments from our customers.
Function and Support Services

• The function of the other member is to deliver the products to our customers.

buy our products.
