a) Find the real root of the equation cosx- x.ex = 0 correct to three decimal place by using
Newton Raphson Method.
b) Solve the equation x3=2x+5 and find a positive root by method of False position

d) Fit a straight line y=a+bx to the following data by the method of least square :
