The document discusses a wireless communication complex engineering problem involving assigning uplink and downlink frequencies to mobile network clusters. It provides data on clusters of 27 nodes arranged in a 3x3 pattern and the assigned uplink and downlink spectrums. The tasks are to draw two such clusters in Visio assigning the frequencies, and then use cell splitting to adjust the clusters from 27 to 48 nodes in a 4x4 pattern while maintaining a minimum distance between reused frequencies.

Complex Engineering Problem

Given data: Clusters of N=27 that is i=j=3.

Uplink & Downlink frequency: Use Mobilink 900 GSM spectrum allocation by PTA
(can be taken from google)

Tasks:

1. Draw at least two clusters of N=27 in Microsoft Visio and assign frequencies in
uplink and downlink.

Uplink frequency: 890-915 MHz

Downlink frequency: 935-960 MHz

= 25MHz/200kHZ

= 125 channels

=125 X 8

= 1000 User

N=27 and i=j=3

1000/27 =37 channels

2. Then use cell splitting to make these clusters from N=27 to N=48 that is i=j=4
while keeping minimum distance among reused frequencies (use Microsoft Visio)
