PROJECT NAME: DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURE

LOCATION: 33 CORDILLERA ST., BRGY. HIGHWAY HILLS, MANDALUYONG CITY


SUBJECT: METHOD STATEMENT FOR DEMOLITION WORKS

I.) OBJECTIVE: To establish a safe and efficient procedure for Demolition of the existing structure
1.) Phase 1 - Demolition of existing roofs & trusses and Interior walls.
II.) SCOPE OF WORKS: 2.) Phase 2 - Demolition of existing Perimeter wall and Front Gate.
3.) Phase 3 - Demolition of Existing Slab-on-grade.
1.) All works shall comply with Safety procedure or instruction set out in project safety plan and Municipality rules and regulations.
2.) All Employee shall be provided with complete PPE and proper tools to execute the works correctly and safe.
III.) SAFETY AND HEALTH:
3.) All equipment operator/s must have the ability to perform pre-operational checklist
4.) General safety measures must be observed throughout the demolition phase of the project.

1.) Scaffolding erection for the demolition of existing roofs & trusses.
2.) Demolition works for the existing roof & trusses (Phase 1).
3.) Demolition works for existing interior wall partitions and anything inside the existing structure (Phase 1).
4.) Initial haul-out of debris from Phase 1 Works.
VI.) PROCEDURE:
5.) Demolition works of existing Perimeter walls and front gate (Phase 2).
6.) Hauling-out of debris for Phase 2 scope of works.
7.) Demolition works of Slab-on-grade (Phase 3).
8.) Hauling-out of debris from Phase 3 scope of works.
VII.) INSPECTION & HANDOVER: Inspection must be conducted by the Owner / Owner's representative prior to handover and acceptance.
