CHECK LIST

 Photocopy of all the certificates i.e. Matriculation, 10+2, Graduation (whichever is applicable)
duly attested by Notary /Gazette Officer. For issue of Migration Certificate, Original Migration
Certificate from the Board/University of last qualifying examination should be attached (if it is
not already submitted).
 Two Latest Color Passport Size Photographs attested by Notary / Gazette Officer
 Fee for Migration-500, Provisional-500, Degree-1100, Duplicate mark sheet-500 each,
Correction-500 each, Verification certificate-500, Transcript-500 rupees only.
