With the help of this integrated system, you can manage all of your essential
business operations, including sales, distribution, finances, production, and customer
relationship management (CRM). You can instantly obtain a comprehensive and current
perspective of your business with SAP Business One, enabling you to respond to
customers more quickly and expand your company more profitably.

At the top of the screen, a menu bar for SAP Business One appears. Along with
general SAP Business One operations, the menu bar includes the Windows standard
menus (File, Edit, Window, and Help). Under the navigation bar, there is a row of toolbars.
Each toolbar is made up of a number of icon buttons that give you quick access to
frequently used features. The menu bar also offers the options represented by the buttons.
Only two of the toolbars that are available to you are shown in this graph. Which toolbars
are shown or hidden is up to you. Right-click in the toolbar row and check or uncheck the
appropriate toolbar to reveal or conceal a toolbar.
