/01 DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

The SHPF50 -3015 Fiber 1000W laser cutting system, equipped with a RayTools. All construction sub-units,
such as fiber laser resonators, CNC (C Computer Numeric Control) controls, program software, handling
equipment, etc are supplied by world class quality manufacturers and/or are made and developed by Starlase
Systems Pvt Ltd. assumes total and overall responsibility for the equipment.
The principal characteristics of the SHPF50 -3015 1000W Fiber laser cutting equipment are:

The process feed connectors (O2/N2) between the couplings and the machine connections must be supplied
and installed by the client.
The tubes must be made of copper or VA stainless steel, non-oxidised and clean. The authorised gas installer must

1. Pre-sale services
Before signing a contract, our company provides customers a variety of production technology proposal, technical
advice of laser equipment, sample specimens, equipment selection, and price etc. all aspect of consulting and
services.
We sincerely welcome customers to visit our company and factory, and we provide customers reception staff, food,
transportation and other facilities.

2. Sale of services
Based on the contract, we delivery laser machine to customers place safely within the specified time, and
send engineer to install at user place. Under the basic conditions of installation machine, engineer will
complete the installation and commissioning machine within 1-2 days for the user, and ensure neat, clean and
orderly.
We provide technical training. After the installation and commissioning completed, engineer will service
buyer operator at lest 5 days at buyer place or at seller factory until the operator can operate machine. The
training as follows:
 Training operating instruction of turning on and off machine;
 Meaning of panel and control parameters,
 Training parameter selection range;
 Training control software operation ;
 Basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine;
 Dealing with common hardware problem;
 Noted question in operating ;

/05 ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS

Environmental conditions
 The temperature range at the workplace must be between 15-35 degrees C. The

system components must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

 In the case of tropical climatic conditions or if the temperature of the workplace

rises above 35 degrees C, it is recommended that the equipment should be

housed within an air-conditioned space/room.
 The Dew Point conditioning of the ambient air should be less than 10 degrees C

in order to prevent condensation in the refrigerated parts of the machine.

 It is recommended that the machine should be installed on a vibration-free floor.

 Vapours resulting from paint or solvent injection can be absorbed by the laser beam and can adversely affect
the functioning of the system. For this reason, contact with the laser beam by such vapours may constitute a
high risk of explosion.
