BACKGROUND SITUATION/ANALYSIS As the Priority Improvement Areas underwent careful
analysis by responsive project teams stated in the Project
Contacts of the work plan, the School Improvement Plan
Monitoring and Evaluation Team has also been chaired and
sustained by the planning team members.
Monitoring is the purposive gathering of pertinent information
relative to how targets and the manner with which targets are
achieved. Evaluation is the analysis of information gathered
during the monitoring phase with which to make judgement
that affect the school. This strategic plan will determine the
succeeding steps the team has to work on so that the needed
adjustment and interventions will be applied.

team headed by Ma’am Ricalisa M. Mallari the school head


held a meeting to review the ESIP for 2019-2020 after a
thorough and organization of the School Planning Team.
An orientation followed by vision sharing and scheduling of
activities were the highlights of the meeting. With the
utilization and aid of the Community Profile Data Template
and School Profile Data Template and the School Report Card
the data needed were collected and analyzed. The timetable
for the ESIP was also designed .
The priority Areas for Improvement were reviewed and a Gap
Analysis was conducted using the gap analysis template.
The School Planning Team collaboratively review the
objectives based from the data gathered. The SPT created
project team for each identified priority improvement area.
Each team is expected to work collaboratively to achieve the
desired objectives with the full support of the principal.
DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE As the school tapped all stakeholders for collaborative
PROGRAM endeavors to strengthen the identified priority areas with the
goals of achieving the desired results as stated in the SIP/
Dev’t Plan. It is hoped that the unified vision and mission
will be realized. With the child-centered teaching-learning
processes as the end goal putting diligent care and effort to
better school performance, all detailed expectations through
guided improvement efforts of strong school community
linkages can possibly be at hand.
